Very understanding people to care of my fur baby. Hopefully they'll get her on the right track to where she's happy and healthy.!.

The vet was very attentive to EACH pet and gave me an individual assessment of each one. Very friendly. Staff was friendly too.

Dr. Schrock and Dr. Appling have been our Papillon's vets since she was a tiny puppy. She has had several chronic, serious health concerns as well as the usual necessary routine care. Kirby has been blessed that they've been able to make correct diagnoses and wise decisions regarding her care. She is 15 years old now and going strong. Kirby also loves her Three Trails groomers, Jennifer and Melanie. They make her look "picture perfect!"

The vets are very thorough in their exam of my dog, especially now that she is a senior dog. I really appreciate that because I want the best care for her.

Cost efficient and expert pet loving care

Kind of pricey but overall great experience. I took in my 2 dogs that are both 45 lbs and full of energy for their yearly immunizations. The staff was friendly and we were done pretty quickly. I was not aware of the 2 house cats that walk around the clinic. My dogs went a little crazy but it wasn't anything serious, just wanted to sniff them, just would've been good to know as a new customer.

By far our go too for anything. Even after leaving the city it's worth whatever drive we need

Now don’t get me wrong I have a great appreciation for the Veterinarians and all the individuals who actually handle and work with the animals, those individuals have great attitudes and work well with the animals however the trouble arises with the individuals who work behind the counter and operate the phones we’ve been going here for over a year now and every time we got to go through the front counter we feel like we’re burdening them however these last two times we’ve not only gotten attitude but false information or information contradicting what the Veterinarian has stated.

Great staff, and was able to get in quickly for an urgent situation to induce vomiting for my pup. The Dr and staff are very kind and informative, and I know my dog is in good hands.

Had an emergency and my normal vet couldn't get me in till after the weekend. They got me in last minute and provided great care in the last moments of my dogs life. Thankful they were able to help in my time of need...17 years of companionship will never be forgotten.... R.I.P. Shadow

The best Vet I have ever went to. The vet, Rick, was the only vet there today, and even through we were an emergency walk in, plus we called ahead, he worked us in fairly quickly. He has a magic touch, he somehow keeps our pets calm. Usually my dog, or cat would go crazy, nip, bite and everything, but when with this vet, they remained calm and happy, they are outstanding. And it gets better, the price for 2 prescriptions, and the appointment would usually be $400 at any other vet, but here it was only $75 this is definitely my new vet. They are seriously the best Vet I have ever been to, and they explained everything in a way where I could understand everything perfectly

Dr and staff were amazing! We unfortunately had to make the decision to let our fur baby go so he wasn't in pain anymore. Everyone was so caring and sympathetic. We felt they truly cared and understood how difficult this was for us. We will use this office for our other fur babies!

We have used this vet office for about 10 years and I have never desired to go anywhere else. The front desk staff is always friendly, professional and helpful and the vets have always been so gentle and caring with my dogs and puppies over the years. My only complaint, if I had one is that there is usually a long wait to get a grooming appointment. But as for vaccines, sicknesses, check ups, and other medical things-they are so wonderful and I rarely wait very long in the waiting room.

Reasonable prices & excellent treatment. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family members.

Kind staff. Got.in rather quickly (same day without appointment) fees not too bad.xrays and labs a little more than other places but still reasonable. Clean odor free waiting area. All staff seem to be animal.lovers. have utilized euthanasia services for injured and elderly pets. Made saddest time easier for both fur babies crossing and families grieving for them

These are the best ladies and most caring for our animals. We absolutely love them and would recommend them and have to anyone looking for veterinary care for their babies.
