My chihuahua got attacked by a pit bull and needed neck surgery ASAP . I didn’t have the money to pay upfront so the hospital on north oak turned us away ... this vet ( being a friends regular vet ) took my baby in with minimal money and boarded here for a week with an iv and a cath and kept her stabilized until I could get the thousands of dollars for her surgery ... and didn’t bother me about the costs AND let me take her without paying the 500 + upfront to get her out :) ( I paid them later of course ) They saved my babies life I am SO grateful

Clean, trusted, reasonable with a friendly staff. I think the location is great with excellent i35 and I291 access but some may not agree. Nevertheless, it doesnt matter if it's a bit out of the way because patient care and their pet owner loyalty and satisfaction speak volumes.

We were told to show up between 7 to 7:30 to drop off our dog to get spayed. We show up so I don't be late to work and they just walk in the back and wait till 740 to open the door where they're supposed to open at 7:30. So now I'm late to work this is very unprofessional.

They don’t like money. The lady told me that they do not want any new business at this time. That can’t be normal.

I’m a traveling healthcare worker and found myself with my young German Shepherd in pain with her back hips. I used to live in Muskogee and always used Dr Jamison for my four legged babies health issues. Working and living in Michigan temporarily I took my German Shepherd to two different vets close to where I was staying in MI and after a total of approximately $1500 my pet still cried in her sleep from pain. I decided I needed to get her back to Muskogee to see Dr Jamison and I’m so glad that I did! After two weeks of seeing Dr Jamison my baby was back to playing and unfortunately jumping up on me which I was not so crazy about but was ecstatic that she was able to put weight on her back legs!! I still travel and it can get complicated making a trip to see Dr Jamison when my pets are not feeling well but I don’t trust anyone else with my precious babies! I have made the trip from Michigan, from Wisconsin and now from Missouri. Thank you for all that you do Dr Jamison and staff!

Always helpful caring thru the bad times. Hank's vision is slowly starting to go. I know the call will have to be done. Time doesn't help. And saying good bye hurts me.

DO NOT BOARD your dogs here. The dogs only get out to potty twice a day, for about a minute each. It’s not uncommon for dogs to be sitting in their own filth while boarding here. And when it’s time for them to go home they just spray them with this dog perfume but won’t bathe them after sitting in their pee and poo. It’s extremely dirty where the animals are boarded. If they run out of runs (big kennels) to put the dogs in they take medium-small dogs that were orignally in runs and put them in tiny steel cages. Most dogs are so stressed they chew/rip up their blankets. If that happens, they aren’t given one so they are forced to lay on a hard, dirty floor. It’s not uncommon for the dogs to not eat the food that the owners brought with them. They will forget to bring it back with the dog, and when the owners come pick their dog up they’ll dump some of the food in the garbage to make it look like their dog was being fed it. They do the same with wet food cans to make it look like their dog ate more than they did. They’ll get large dogs and put them in a 4 foot by 4 foot (possibly 5 by 5) steel kennel if they want to make room for bigger dogs even if the owners paid for that said dog to be in a run. Some dogs are put in grooming cages to board, they don’t even have real bottoms to them. How do I know all this? I worked there. Great vet to bring your dog to. Terrible place to board. - past employee

I wish there was a way to flag this as less than 1 star, or with an exclamation point. Never take your fur babies here. If you just have a pet, and don't care about them, this is the place for you. The woman at the front desk does not care about your animals. The Vet is incompetent. My dog clearly was suffering from kennel cough, and the Vet instead decided to treat him for an upper respiratory infection. So, even though we caught it day one, he was misdiagnosed and given medication that would not help his situation. Days were wasted while we tried this medication until we could actually get him in to see real doctor's that care about peoples fur babies. (BLUE PEARL IS AMAZING!!). Thanks to the misdiagnosis, he is now at risk of getting pneumonia, and passing this along to our other baby. With him being a Yorkie, this is life threatening! Thanks to the incompetence that has been displayed, not only in this visit, but past visits as well, we will be going to a Vet that actually cares about their patients in the future.

I have been taking my pets to Northside Animal Clinic since 2011. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Dr. Campbell is caring and compassionate and obviously cares about her patients. One of my dogs got very sick a few months ago and ended up being diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Campbell has been so patient with me as I learn to care for him and always willing to answer my questions honestly. I totally trust them to care for my fur babies' health issues, and am totally comfortable boarding them there on occasion when necessary. I am so glad this facility was recommended to me by a friend, and I do not hesitate to recommend it to others. Also, their fees are very reasonable in comparison to other vets in the area.

I have been going to Northside Animal Clinic for years and have referred several people there as well. That has all changed. I took my injured dog there and a procedure was done that was not approved. When I picked my dog up she told me she had done this procedure but failed to explain what she had done and she did not get my approval before doing it!! Now my dog is back at the emergency animal clinic and is having to undergo surgery. I am very angry as she has caused much more trauma and pain to my little dog. With every yelp he makes I hate this clinic more and more!

If you ever expect them to call you back for any medicine they have to order or anything else you'll be waiting for ever. It's been almost 2 weeks waiting for them to call me to let me know if medicine for my cat has came in. I had to call them and then they tell me they have to call me back to let me know. Waited 6 hours and still no call. Needless to say I will be finding a new vet

Dr. Campbell and her receptionist have always been very professional and friendly with my dogs and I. I appreciate the way Dr. Campbell gives the dogs time to warm up to her before she begins her exams. The level of care is great and the prices are fantastic!

The service was very poor. I utilized the grooming services and to say they were disappointing would be an understatement.
