Everyone was very nice and treated our animals very well. The price was significantly lower than other veterinarians in the area.

Our dog king tested positive for Parvo. We took him to a hospital and were treated horribly. From the moment I walk into the Thrive Clinic I felt that king mattered to some other than our family. And not to mention fast. I truly thank the staff for the world of difference they made in just an hour! Thank you thank you and thank you for being the blessing we needed!

Dr. Bush and the other staff at Thrive were incredible. And the cost was so affordable, it blew my mind. I got an office visit, an antibiotic and one month of flea/tick prevention for $80! This plus the level of care means I'll never take my beloved doggo anywhere else. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had to bring our cat, Winnie into Thrive for a possible tear on her back leg. Our regular vet is currently short on staff (isn't everyone) and it was going to take a week to get her examined. The next choice was to go to an emergency vet...cha-ching. Since her injury wasn't life threatening, we opted for Thrive inside Petco at Barry Rd. It was very easy getting an appointment when needed. I registered an account online & picked a convenient day & time. I emailed copies of her up-to-date vaccinations before the appointment & the exam with Thrive went smoothly! She was given meds to help with the pain and within two days was back to her frisky self. We go back for a check up 2 weeks from our initial visit. We're VERY impressed with the professionalism and speed with our pet. Yes, I would recommend Thrive.

I switched to Thrive veterinary care about 3 years ago when the cost to care for 2 dogs got out of control at the regular vet I used. I’m getting the same level of care at Thrive for about half the cost! Highly recommend their services!

Just used this vet for the first time a couple of days ago and had a very great experience. They answered all of my little annoying questions without getting irritated (i had a lot lol). The price was unbeatable and they even offer scratch pay which is an option to break your payment into 5 easy installments in case the bill is too high which is a lifesaver for those who can’t always afford a large bill all at once. Definitely taking him back to get his dental work here. Thank you to all of the kind ladies. Zusi will be back on his feet in no time!

We all know that veterinary care can be quite expensive, this is by far the best, most affordable place to go! They have seen 2 of my animals and we're great with both. They are caring and compassionate and understand that financial burdens affect a lot of people and they are very helpful in going over which options are best suited for you without making you feel bad. Dr. Phares was awesome with both of my pets.

I initially took my new puppy to get a checkup and be dewormed(stomach was swollen) they sent him home with dewormer and said he was just fine(104$). After using all dewormer he was still very swollen and seemed to almost be in pain. I had an appointment a week later from the initial appointment for his shots, so I added to please check his stomach again. They called asking if it was okay to order a 100$ radiology scan, no problem. Then called 3mins after that call to tell me they could send results off to be read for 80$(Normal send off) or 130$(stat results). They called back about 30 minutes later stating they could not tel from the radiology scan what was wrong and that he would have to go somewhere else for an ultrasound or I could have him fast for twelve hours and come back and try another scan. Mind you this appointment was 8:30am, he had not ate since 7pm the previous night so he had already not at for that required 12hrs. I stated how are you just guessing and ordering stuff you can’t read, also how am I being charged for things you said were needed but I’m not getting any results. They stated “well initially working would be the issue”( remember he had a checkup so shouldn’t you have known that wasn’t the underlying problem), they then stated “puppies radiology scans are hard to read because of they’re stomach tissue” (okay so knowing that why wouldn’t I have been recommended to have an ultrasound done rather than waste 235$ on something that from the get go could’ve not worked?). In the end I was sent to another vet specialist and I’m now out 371$ in fees from here at Thrive for NO RESULTS. NOTHING, ZIP, NADA. If you care about your animal DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! This is an pet, a member of my family, not a car you can throw parts at and hope it fixes the problem. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

This is a great vet option! They have been so helpful with our cat and helping us learn how to care for our fishies. We love this location.

One of the easiest processes to make an appointment! As a new client to Thrive, I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival to the end of the visit, I was given specific instructions and guided along the way. Everything is upfront with pricing, which is affordable. Service is excellent, they were very good with my dog. The Dr didn't seem rushed and allowed many questions I had. Overall, I'd definitely recommend, and plan to return in the future, thank you!

Nice to be taken care of by staff during an emergency without wiping out my emergency fund.

I brought my dog in for whimpering constantly and several abnormal lumps. $375 dollars later I was told my dog was overweight. They did not even address the lumps, the provider (She) told me that was not the concern right now. I asked for the bloodwork and xrays to be sent to me that day and still have not received them. My dog is now pooping blood and STILL do not have the original test results. In addition I was reprimanded for not answering my phone. HOWEVER I waiting in Petco for an update on my dog for over an hour and no one ever came out to talk to me. Then when I go to get him I am talked to as if I have done something wrong when my phone never rang and I was probably sitting in the lobby waiting. If you just need general maint for your dog or cat then this place might be good. But if you are looking for diagnostics IMO this is not the place for you.

I had to take my oldest dog here for a mass on her leg. It started small and then just grew exponentially in a very short time. There was no treatment except removal, which they were able to do in-house. They took great care of her and I'm glad my doggo is back in good health. I took my youngest dog here a couple weeks ago because he was coughing and sneezing. I explained it was bad for a few days but had subsided tremendously. They wanted to do a more than thorough check on him. I'm convinced it was allergies because everyone in our house had elevated allergies, humans and oldest dog included. He's fine now, but the humans are still dealing with allergies *sigh/sneeze/sigh* My only "complaint" would be pricing. I don't think it's necessarily low-cost. Pricing is average at best with my pets being on the Plus plan. I recommend Thrive. My pets enjoy going there, it's convenient to my location and my schedule. And it's affordable.

I'd like to preface this review by saying I truly can't recommend Dr Arnold and her staff anymore to any cat or dog owner in the KC area, she was our savior for our little girl Rosie. She's a 1 year old cat who was having trouble closing her jaw all the way, couldnt eat, and we her to a vet before. We found THRIVE on google by chance and saw almost all of the reviews were 5 stars, so we gave them a shot. Not only is Rosie on a gleaming path to recovery, but Dr Arnold and her staff were so helpful at talking us through each and every detail and price and kept us informed on how she was doing while under her care. The people here are truly a blessing! We will be coming here from now on for our cats and our dogs.
