Ark Animal Hospital Liberty, Kansas

Ark Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing! Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and expeditious. We always feel well informed and educated about every service and are confident that our fur babies always receive the best possible care!

After a rather traumatic experience with a different (and highly rated) vet that resulted in us losing one of our beloved great danes, I wanted to find someplace different for our other dane. I did my research and called around to many offices before deciding on Ark Animal Hospital. We scheduled with Dr. Casey, who I was told has a great dane herself. I was a little nervous coming in since our loss was still very fresh, but the staff was very warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so positive and my pup enjoyed meeting with everyone. Dr. Casey was also great with him and was very thorough. I never felt rushed and she made sure I asked all the questions I wanted to. We've come back a couple times now and the staff always greet us warmly and seem to be genuinely excited to see our dog! Thanks to everyone there for making our visits pleasant. Highly recommend.

Ark is where we take all of our animals for general care, and emergencies. The staff is super nice and friendly, and it's very clear they are very passionate about their work. They are quick, but very thorough with their work, I recommend their services.

My husband called Ark twice and asked to talk to our dog’s vet regarding his medication. We were prescribed anxiety medicine and instructed to give him 7 allergy tablets a day without a long term plan (this started in 2019). We recently moved and when we went in for a meet and greet they immediately started talking about changing his medicine and this made us nervous since we went through A LOT of trial and error trying to get his stomach issues under control. I called Ark the following day since he never got a return call and I was told that nobody there was able to give me medical advice because we had moved states. Then she admitted that it was actually due to a conversation I had with a staff member back in June (see previous Google review for details). We are being refused medical advice for a prescribed controlled substance given by this office. It is clear to me that they do not care about ethics or the well being of animals.

Took great care of my corgi and were so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door.

I love that they still offer curbside office visits even though the office is now open. As both my dogs want a car ride, even if only one is scheduled for an appointment, it makes it easier on me to get them there. Lovely staff!

These are very professional and kind people that truly care about what they do. I brought my cat in for the first time and was welcomed in with no paperwork hassle. The medical staff were all friendly towards us and explained everything in detail on what was happening throughout the exam and shared good knowledge on what to look out for. After the appointment, we had a staff member follow up with us to make sure that my cat was feeling better and when we should check in again if she wasn’t getting better. Going above and beyond is truly appreciated, thank you!

Ark has a vet named Dr. Morris who cannot take responsibility for his mistakes. Instead of taking responsibility, he blames his clients. Then, he fibs about his mistakes and about his clients to his staff. He is not compassionate, holds grudges for his mistakes, and takes out his frustrations on animals instead of people. He should not take his frustrations out on people, either.

My two dogs are anxious and usually scaredy cats but they are treated so we'll here that they calm down almost immediately. I also feel SO comfortable doing curbside here, I know my animals are going to be treated with the gentle respect they deserve. They are loved and that's hard to find. The patience that the staffs shows to panicky parents, like myself, is just kind blowing. I love it here.

Great visit at Ark hospital!. I brought my puppy in with vomiting concerns. The front desk was very polite, professional and helpful. The dr, was very informative and took the time to answer all questions and give recommendations.

If you like being shuffled in & out while receiving minimal contact with a vet while technicians try to up-sell you overpriced products like you're at a car wash, then this is the place for you.

Helpful, friendly, understanding, care about furry family members. Our puppy loves it there and so do we.

Just moved to town and had to find a new vet for my older doggies, Ark was so welcoming! I'm very happy with our decision and will continue to see them for all of our pet needs!

I have taken all my pets ( past and present) to Dr Denney at Ark Animal Hospital in Liberty. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr Denney and his staff are the best of the best. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything to you. They treat you and your pets like family!

They are simply the best. I only take my dog (Bear is his name) to them.

I've never had a better vet. They were amazing with my very sick kitten, my healthy adult cat, and the end-of-life care for my senior tomcat. Dr. Denny gives me confidence and always makes me feel like I'm empowered as a pet owner. This place is amazing.

This is where we brought our dog for just over 2 years. We had great care from one of the Drs and we appreciated his time, care and kindness. Today, what could have been another great experience turned bad very quickly. I was lied to by a staff member and when I asked her about the situation, she chose to hang up on me. I called back to ask for an office manager and I was told a Dr would be calling me to discuss my concerns. I never received a call. Clearly customer care is something that has gone out the door when certain Drs are in the office for the day.

They always take good care of my boy, Marshall Lee Tucker. Everyone I have interacted with, has been friendly, helpful, and patient. I appreciate that!

Very nice, knowledgeable, quick service!

We brought our dog here for 8+ years. It's the only vet we've been to since relocating from another state. We've spent thousands of dollars with them and trusted them with our girl. She's had some major underlying health issues for the last 12 months. Two weekends ago, at 13.5 years old, she stopped eating and drinking. We knew her time with us was up. However, this vet told us we weren't allowed inside to be with her in her final moments. We were told that we'd need to drop her at the door and say goodbye. I'm still in disbelief that they were so heartless. I understand COVID concerns, but two weeks prior, the mayor opened up bars and nightclubs. So, someone can go to a bar all night, but I can't come inside their business for 20 minutes with my pet? That doesn't make sense to me. I don't know how my husband and I, in our masks, would have been a major concern for their staff. In the time that I needed them most, I felt abandoned by them.

Got me in quick without an appointment and was incredibly friendly.

Very pleasant staff. Our service was great here, highly recommend. Respect and customer service is very important and this place was very welcoming and we received great recommendations for our puppy.

Ark is a little pricier (ONLY reason they're 4 star) but they always say you pick the best doctors for your family! ???? Ark not only took great care of my doggos while we were on vacation, they followed my request for an allergy shot if my Cane Corso kept licking his wound. He hasn't had an issue since the shot, now he's back to jumping around and stealing napkins lol. Thank you!
