2020 - The vet, Dr Bachman, was very thorough and answered all of our questions. 1/8/21 - This was not our first visit with Dr Voris. He took time to explain to us about how to avoid ear infections which was appreciated.

My dog is scared of vets and has been muzzled in The past. She doesn’t seem to be scared here so thank you all

We take our 2 girls there we do have older dogs and things happen like upset stomachs and Them not being there usual dog self and when I call they get us in and are so professional and helpful I feel better knowing they will be in the best care

My 10 month old Australian Shepherd had his first grooming done here. He was just gorgeous when I returned for him. He was relaxed. I will definitely do repeat grooming here.

Dr Voris was able to check our dog’s ears and come up with a solution for the scratching that worked for our dog and us. Appreciate his expertise.

My dog Toby goes here and the people are very nice and friendly. He's always terrified but seems to do ok while being looked after.

The whole office is professional and show great care for our dogs. They got our dog right in and were able to diagnose her issue and get us out quickly while still showing an abundance of care.

Dr. Voris is the kindest person I have ever met. I am always able to get my pets into the office in a timely fashion. They recognize emergencies and always find time when they occur, even when they are fully booked up. Everyone of the staff members are kind, caring and beyond compassionate. I never doubt that my pets are not getting the best care because with Lee's Summit Animal Hospital North, I know that they are.

Our previous vet had just retired and we needed medical care for our 7-year old dachshund. Gracie was born with severe allergies Including all trees, weeds, grasses, molds, dust mites, and almost all ingredients in commercial dog food. Because it was Spring, she needed immediate attention. Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital North scheduled an appointment for the very next day and we were truly grateful! Dr. Buchman discussed various options for treatment including benefits and side effects. Being a dachshund, Gracie can be a bit aggressive but Dr. Buchman and his staff were very patient and understanding. We decided on a treatment and Gracie has responded wonderfully! Dr. Buchman even surprised us by calling a few days later to check up on her! We are very pleased with the care Gracie received and are grateful to have found such an experienced and compassionate veterinarian as Dr. Buchman.

I needed a doctor to look at my dog's eye which something had happened to him the day before. It was an emergency for me as I needed to leave town that day.. I contacted my vet as well as several others to see if I could get him in and noone would/could accommodate me. Even this vet was full but they found found/made space to see us. I got medicine and peace of mind that he wasn't seriously hurt. Thankful they were able to help me..

The staff, and doctors always are very compassionate. They have taken good care of 3 doggies of ours. We are grateful.

The staff was very caring and kept me posted during my dog's recent dental procedure. It made leaving him easier.

It was an extremely sad visit, as I had to have our beautiful, affectionate, Siamese cat euthanized. Dr. Buchman has taken care of all of our pets for about the past 30 years. He is very knowledgeable, and truly cares about us and our pets. He's a very kind man, and we can't thank him enough for all he has done for our pets and us.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Mervin was very thorough and called to check on our dog Lucy after our visit and to follow up on results of blood work. Thank you so much!
