Dr. DeMarco spent a lot of time making sure I knew all of the options available for our dog's health issue. He was very thorough, as was the rest of the staff. Very accommodating from the second we walked through the door.

Everyone is amazing at GoodVets from front desk, to techs, to doctor. We are always warmly greeted and feel like our pets health is important.

The quality of care that was given to my baby dog and the information that I was given far surpasses any other veterinarian, clinic or hospital that I've ever used. My wife and I boarded our three dogs there over the weekend. When we arrived to pick them up, they brought out the beds (soiled) and THE CONTAINER OF FOOD WE SENT WITH THEM WAS HARDLY TOUCHED! Three dogs and four feedings should have demolished it. We paid a lot of money to have someone starve our dogs... My wife and I feel so guilty. :(

Dr. DeMarco is a fantastic vet. Our dog Macy has been his patient for years, and his new practice at Good Vets Lee's Summit is a top notch facility with excellent staff.

Very professional. Great staff. Very clean facility. Confident in the care that they give our pet. Our dog loves going there. Great place to board your pet when necessary. They provide daily “pupdates” and pics. Also, Thor does a great job of grooming.

Great experience overall. Our baby was treated respectfully and professionally. Least traumatizing vet visit that we've experienced for our extremely anxious cat. Putting our nervous cat at ease…not an easy task

Dr. DeMarco has taken care of my dog for years. He is a wonderful veterinarian. He takes time listen to you, explains things very well, and actually seems to care. The staff is amazing. You can't go wrong taking your fur babies here!

Definitely a money hungry business not a good experience

The GoodVets in Lee's Summit, MO is a beautiful facility, very modern and CLEAN! Ample convenient parking. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Competent/engaged vet who was thorough and efficient with her exam of our cat. You involved us in decisions about our pet's care, after having explained suggested treatment. I had my doubts when I found GoodVets on a Google search and they appeared to be a franchise, maybe? But, pleasant experience for us and for our pet. Thanx!

Everyone was super friendly. I was in and out really quick and didn't feel like I was being overcharged. They gave me advice and medicine for future visits. I really appreciated them seeing my cat even though he was being aggressive

We love goodvets, both the vet side and the grooming side. Today we saw Thor, and we just love him. He always treats my dogs like long lost friends. :) I like that the dogs are treated like they are known.

Definitely love this place. Our Dexter is very timid but they take such excellent care of him every time! Would definitely recommend them! They really care about my baby's health and wellbeing.

Love the staff and the facility for so many reasons. I genuinely trust them with my animals and trust that they will give me the best advice for both me and my dog. Their kindness towards the animals is above and beyond.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Everyone was nice and helpful. Really gave my dog love and attention. I've never seen him this happy when seeing the vet. The vet took time to talk with me and answer any questions I had. My dog was treated very well and the vet took time to answer all of my questions and explained everything very well.

I felt every staff member I encountered cared about my dog and listened to and answered all my concerns and questions and fully went over everything they were going to do during the visit.

The office is very nice, clean/tidy, and welcoming. Dr. DeMarco was patient with all my questions and explained everything in detail. They were short staffed at our appt but i never felt like they were rushing or trying to hurry us out which I appreciated! Dr. DeMarcos is patient, knowledgeable, and willing to make this "senior" phase of life as smooth as it can be not only for Emma, but me as well. So glad I found this office!

Great place. Our dog isn't a huge fan of new places he gets very nervous and anxious..but the staff at GoodVets were awesome.

Loved our experience here. We got in quickly, treats were given to our dog during his exam, & the staff & Vet were so sweet to Marley. They pet him, talked sweet to him, & loved on him. (More than I do, LOL) They kept us informed on the treatments & procedures they were doing during his exam, tests, & shots. We were truly impressed with GoodVets Lee's Summit, & recommend them to anyone in the area.

They truly care about your pets. Instead of going the route of charging me for everything under the book they actually took time to listen to my dogs chest look at her X-rays and give us a plan ( long term) to keep her comfortable
