We only take our dogs here! The staff is always very friendly, you can tell they treat them the same way they'd treat their own pets. I never worry about them when they stay here and the best part is how worn out they are when we pick them up. We know they get a lot of play time.

This is a really clean place, with nice people. The cost was what we expected and in line with other boarding locations. Good communication, and our pup was happy and looked healthy when we picked her up. We'll be going back.

They take excellent care of my beagle Wade at their daycare! He gets extremely excited and pulls me inside the building everytime we arrive in the parking lot. Make sure to make reservations in advance! They're pretty popular for a reason.

I truly enjoy taking "Baloo" to CUP- they have the Sweetest staff ever, each and every one of them!"They're all so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They watch over my baby chihuahua so good and treat him/show him so much love. I'm extremely happy with this place and because he got accepted to be a regular. Thank Yall for Everything! Cuddle Up Pup Blue Springs is wonderful! We took our aggressive Wheaten Terrier in to try a grooming. Cassie was our groomer and she was willing to try. He has been dismissed from several other groomers. She and the staff were kind, caring and got him groomed! We are thrilled with the service! He is invited back to get to know them and hopefully will develop a good relationship with the staff. We can't say enough positives about Cuddle Up Pup and their great staff! Take your fur babies there!

Couldn't discuss in detail what play activities my little dog had participated in.Didnt have eval.sheet ready .yet this was a trial visit and our dog had been there three plus hrs.Oir little gal had issues with her leg later...and I don't know if she was mishandled or had been injured playing.Was dismissed abruptly..staff friendly but somewhat cold.

My dog and I are so lucky to have found cuddle up pup. They are the nicest, patient, and have quality services that bring out the best in my nervous lab mix. Their lower ratios, separate rooms, and consistent staff is just what we need. Thank you to the amazing staff (especially Chad's dad, Leigh, Leana) and many more who make Enzo feel the love. They wouldn’t accept my Great Dane bc he was too big. Not all dogs are created equal apparently.

They didn’t inform me of the establishment being closed for the day I requested to pick them up. Not during scheduling, or drop off. I only got notification of this with a sign on the door once I was there to get them. They even have workers there but refused to allow me to get my dogs because they couldn’t be bothered to turn on their computer. So I hope this hostage day was worth losing a customer for life. Next time inform your customers of days of closing or be kind when a customer comes to you with misinformation. So disrespectful.

We are from out-of-town and took our dogs here for boarding and daycare as we were traveling through. Our dogs had a blast and were pleasantly tired when we picked them up. The facility was beautiful. Looked like a country club for dogs! Staff was flexible and friendly. Appreciate thier getting us in at last minute.

Cuddle Up Pup is what's up, lemme tell ya. The people there have only your pups happiness and health in mind! They're pretty nice to humans too. We have boarded, daycared, and trained there, and so far we've got nothing but good things to say! The new location in Blue Springs will definitely help us out quite a bit! Our lovely Bandit pup just looooooves her days there! Always tired and happy at the end of the day!

We've been going to Cuddle Up for a few months, now. I don't know what has changed, but the last 3 times we have taken our soft-coated wheaten terrier for a groom or bath and brush, I've expressly asked that they leave her beard as we were growing it out from another cut. Every time I pick her up with her beard completely cut down. There doesn't seem to be any consistency as sometimes her ears are left long, sometimes not. The breed usually has ears closely cut. I think this is our last time at Cuddle Up Pup which is sad because it's a mile from my house.

Great grooming experience for my dogs!

Cuddle Up Pup is AWESOME!! Our Sheppard"Kevin" is a Rescue who was not used to other dogs and we had problems getting him groomed. We started taking him to C.U.P. and now he loves the grooming and he can't wait to go to their DAYCARE ON THE WEEKENDS.... THANKS CUDDLE UP PUPS!!!

Treated our dogs very well, it's horribly expensive in my opinión. But, a nice place for dog vacation.

This organization is always hiring staff, which is sad considering they could have had a highly qualified, experienced individual. This person that has a genuine love for pets. This person still would be giving 100 % but when they saw a mature, senior woman they became rude and dismissive. She would still probably be there. Sad for the pets.

People who genuinely care about animals work for Cuddle Up Pup. They also care about the pet parents. They showed a level of concern and professionalism that I have never encountered when boarding a pet. Highly recommend!

The owners think it is okay to bash an unhappy customer! Very unprofessional ownership and nothing is ever their fault when their is a complaint.
