Great vet and staff! Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

We were referred to this Vet, Dr. Snyder, by our American Bully breeder and we couldn't be happier. They are great with both our large dog and small dog, including our cat. We also really appreciate the friendly and inviting environment of the clinic and staff. More importantly our animals feel comfortable. We drive from the Northland and can usually get an appointment within a few days of calling.

No masks or precautions during a pandemic. No thanks.

Managed to get my new no-longer-stray kitty in for vaccinations the same day I called! Super pleased

They are all so caring and nice. My dogs receive great care when I take them in and are always quick to see them when they have any issues.

Love this place! Dr. Snyder really knows what she's doing, as well as all of the other staff members I've dealt with. I won't take my pets anywhere else!

Doctor and all staff truly care

Brought in a stray cat that was very malnourished, they helped us get her healthy and vaccinated and answered every question we had with pleasure. Next we had our male dog vaccinated and neutered. Prices are fair and they accept care credit.D efinitely recommend this clinic! They will go above and beyond for your pet

They got our cat in and we're caring and knowledgeable. They treated our kitty like he was there own kitty. We will be taking all three of our cats here. I was very impressed.

The doc helped me a TON with my kitties Nala and also Maria. I appreciate how professional and knowledgeable she is with her work. She’s done the best to help me and my cats and so far so good NO complaints here. HIGHLY recommend this vet over any vet around here or in the city!!!!!!!

Very nice people they do all they can to help your animals

I moved to Independence MO. I needed to find a new Veterinary Clinic for my Furbaby Boy Roro a 14 year old Cat. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. When I made the appointment I told them I was looking for a Doctor for him. When we went to the appointment the clinic was clean yet comfortable. The Staff was very caring about Roro making him feel less stressed out. Doctor was very Caring for him he was an old Kitty set in his ways.I would definitely recommend Old Town Veterinary Clinic.Sadly on January 26,2021 Roro Crossed over The Rainbow Bridge.At home.The Staff sent a very beautiful heart felt Condolences to me.That means a lot to me.When I decided to get another Cat.I will take them to Old Town Veterinary Clinic.

A great place to get everything you need for your fur baby

They love my fur babies

My cat was very sick. I called and Old Town and they got him in that day. The doctor was up front and honest about how she felt about his condition. The price for him to stay from Tuesday into Thursday f9r fluids, care, and medicine was reasonable (in fact I had spent more just taking him three days prior to an animal hospital for a visit). On Wednesday their office is closed, but they still have someone come in and check on the pets. Kelly called me not once, but twice that day to let me know how my fur baby was doing. The staff there are personable, friendly and clearly care about every fur baby that they treat. I will never take my furry children to anyone else.

Every one is so Caring and polite

When I had to have my best friend Buddy put away they were very compassionate and stay with us to the very end. Was treated with the utmost respect. Made a very difficult situation a lot easier than I could ever have expected. The Dr stayed by Buddy to the last breath. Giving him comfort and showing her care. Would not even think about another Veterinary Clinic when I find another little friend. Thank you to the Whole Office Staff.

Quick service. Very nice staff. The vet was to the point, explain what was going on and great at keeping my cat calm. I would recommend this place. For me, it was kind of hard to see their sign on the building but it's just west of the chiropractor in the same building.

Absolutely LOVE this place the doctor and their staff. They truly care for our animals! They are the kindest most trustworthy vet clinic in town. I highly recommend them! On top of being so kind and caring towards animals and their people, they are super affordable. Very reasonable prices for all their services! My dogs and cats loved and love them; never got nervous there.

The doctor is very good with my dog she always talks to her and plays with her.

We took our dog in for emergency dog bite on his back hip. Doctor got us in right away, stitch him and gave comfort care.

Love taking my furbabies here. Great staff and great environment.
