The employees are incredibly friendly and were so great with my pitbull. He is a shelter dog and was scared and they handled it so well and he was off playing and having fun in no time. Very clean facility as well!

Left my dog here for a week. Loved that they had cameras set up in the play pens. Would love to have seen my pup in his kennel but not a big deal. He was happy before, during, after and as far as I can tell - very well taken care of.

They potentially have an outbreak of leptospirosis. At least 1 dog has died and 2 others are on treatment for it, possibly more. Autopsy showed a perfectly healthy dog recently infected with lepto and she was healthy going in the kennel, so were the other dogs. They never called the owners to let them know their dog was throwing up and their response to that was that they have too many dogs in their care to watch for any illnesses that need attention. They aren't accepting responsibility and refuse to alert any of the pet owners of this potential danger. If you've been there recently and your dog is sick, PLEASE get them to the vet before you lose your dog too. This can be passed to people as well, not just other dogs. This has been reported to the Dpt of Agriculture.

They stay busy for a reason! Our pups have a great time and come home exhausted and happy. Book early! Lots of other pups love camping too!

Unfortunately my dogs didn't pass their interview. The interview was supposed to be inside and outside, and they only got half the interview space. The people were super friendly and great to work with and explained that my pups had anxiety and couldn't come to daycare. Wish it would have gone differently but I know they are keeping the other dogs safe!

Our pup always receives fabulous treatment and care when she stays. Particularly like the cameras that allow us to see her when we are out of town.

I took my young german shepherd pup there for a weekend and loved that I could watch her on the cameras while I was away. She had tons of fun and was completely worn out whenever we got back to her (which is a good thing because she’s crazy)! Will definitely be bringing her back again a few days per month to help socialize her!

We dropped off 2 of our dogs to board over the weekend. We noticed one of our dogs was limping on camera and asked for them to watch it and maybe put her back into rest. They left her out and didn’t follow our request. We also noticed on camera that a worker was just spraying our dog with water for no reason. When we picked them up on Sunday they both smelled like piss and when we called they didn’t have a valid reason on why. About 4 days after that both of our dogs have kennel cough. From seeing other reviews it looks like Camp Bow Wow won’t be helping with medical expenses. Don’t take your dogs here, they don’t listen to requests and play dumb when anything goes wrong.

My great Dane contracted kennel cough from this location and it has progressed into pneumonia. They offered no help with veterinary bills. It will likely cost over $10,000 to treat the pneumonia and he has been giving only a 50% survival diagnosis. He will likely not make it past the weekend. It is obvious that they do not sanitize their facility heavily enough to keep your animal safe. I do not recommend trusting your animals life in their care

We liked it at first but the last 3 stays my dog was always in time out for something. On the 3rd day I watched the webcam for a couple hours. While watching I would see a pit Bull go after my dog and 3 others. The girl watching wouldn’t do anything to the pit for biting my dog or the others but soon as my dog would defend himself from the pit the girl was pushing on my dog and yelling at him. I watched this pit go after dogs all day and it was ok but soon as a dog tried to defend itself they would get on to that dog not the pit and my dog once again was put in time out. To top it off my dog had diarrhea for 3 days after we picked him up and we haven’t changed his diet. I liked the lees summit one. But after the last couple stays my dog will not be going back.

My pitbull King really enjoyed Camp Bow Wow. I was really nervous to leave him there but he did well and played so much that he was so tired the next day that he slept most of the day. The staff is very friendly and love on your fur babies.

My friend was in town for the weekend and they let his dog Blue stay there for free while we golfed. It was very nice of them. 5 stars.

I just have to say how much I absolutely LOVE Camp Bow Wow Lee’s Summit. I have been emergency babysitting a sweet little pup named Georgia, and about 2 weeks ago the pipes in my old apartment home burst leaving my bathroom completely flooded. Georgia has been to Camp BW before, but I was still nervous to leave her there due to growing very much in love with her. But let me tell you, all that worry was for nothing. The moment I walked into the lobby, the employees knew exactly who Georgia was, and were genuinely excited to see her and have her back. Throughout her stay, I would check on her daily on the live web cams (which I absolutely love that they have this available to dog owners). When I went to pick her up, she was nice and clean from the bath they had just given her. The employees could not stop raving about how much they love Georgia and how they are always sooo excited to see her and have her stay. I think what really showed me that Camp Bow Wow LS goes above and beyond was that they had mentioned next time she comes for a stay, they would up her food intake a little due to her losing a little bit of weight. But that was because she was a lot more active at camp with all her doggie friends, and she just needed a little bit more calories to substitute the extreme amount of activity she was getting during her stay. It was not a lot of weight she lost, and all I will have to do is increase her kibble a little bit the next couple days. I could not say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow Lee’s Summit and would recommend them to anyone looking to board their animals or needing doggie day care services.

Our 1-year-old puppy has a great time at Camp and gets lots of great attention, socializing and exercise. And at the end of the day, we get an exhausted puppy. Win-win!

They are extremely conscientious and pay close attention to all the dogs, how they are feeling and acting throughout the day. My dog has a blast and is so excited to go every time! The staff loves her like their own. I get to relax and enjoy my day knowing my dog is happy and in good hands!

We love Camp Bow Wow Lee’s Summit! Our dog, Parker, always looks forward to going, and we love that she gets to play the entire day! We have tried many different doggie daycares/ boarding options, but this one really stands apart from the others largely in part to the staff. The entire staff is absolutely WONDERFUL! They are always professional, friendly, kind, and responsive! We trust that every time we drop our dog off for either daycare or boarding, she is always loved on and well cared for while she is there! We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Lee’s Summit to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and trustworthy place to take their fur baby!
