I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years and love this place. The price is good, the staff is friendly, my dogs are never in abnormal amounts of distress afterward which means they are not handled wrong while they are here. They look great and smell great afterward. I’m beyond satisfied with this grooming facility! I definitely recommend them.

When we had to make the tough decision to transition our dog, the staff here really came through for us. They were so patient and understanding. Thank you for helping me and my family with this tough time. We greatly appreciate it.

Hidden Valley Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your animals. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The Vets are awesome. I highly recommend this clinic.

It's all about the money and no one working there even thinks twice to even consider that the pet in need is a family member of the family that can't afford the overpriced vet bill, it's like they are taking advantage of the pet owners when they ask you if you Care about your pet you'd pay anything for the well being of your furry family member.

I brought my Bichon Toy Poodle to Hidden Valley Animal Hospital for a groom before the holidays and I was very impressed with the service I received and the care that was given to my dog. Melanie was very easy to communicate with and she paid attention to what I was asking for with regard to his groom. Kelly did a excellent job and made sure everything I requested was done! We will definitely be back!

First couple of grooms seemed to go ok. After our last experience we will never take our dogs back. And I will never recommend anyone else to use their grooming services either.

It’s always reassuring and comforting to take my dog there. I know she’s in good hands. They light up when they see her, know her by name as soon as we walk in the door, and I know they are taking good care of her.

my sons dog had parvo and was very sick we took him to an emergency vet office and they did very little for him and was more concerned about money then helping us with our puppy, we found hidden valley online and decided to take him there, i can not even begin to show how impressed we we’re with this office, very nice staff, very quick service and their last concern was the money, there main concern was treating our dog. Would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly and loving vets office

okay stay with me because this might be long. I’ve been taking my dog here since we moved to independence in 2018, it’s now the end of 2021. We brought her there for the first time to treat an ear infection which we were told had gone away and was fine. The last time I went there I was lectured on how I am not taking care of my dog by not purchasing flea prevention through the vet office when they sell the same exact chewable prevention pill online at a discount. So we just moved to grain valley and we decided to switch to a new vet, keep in mind we took her to the hidden valley pet hospital less than a month ago because our rescue had fleas and we wanted to make sure they were treated correctly. Come to find out at the new vet that our dogs ear infection had not gone away but had continued to get worse and worse and she had just had her ears checked at hidden valley and they didn’t say anything about it. The price at hidden valley for just an examination is $55, and our new vet is only $39 and they were way nicer, way more attentive, and they actually took the time to teach me how to prevent these things from happening anymore. My dog has seasonal allergies and is always itching which is why I didn’t realize that she was itching her ear because it was still infected. Hidden valley animal hospital neglected to tell me that her ear was as bad as it is simply because they didn’t care enough to do so. If I were you, I would take my puppy anywhere but here, save yourself grief and money.

Wonderful accomodating staff, clean facility.

So sweet, caring, and compassionate. A scary moment for a dog owner put at ease thanks to the staff here. They got me in within about 3 hours (luckily). Not a single complaint of this establishment.

Lucky was sick. They got us in in less than 1 1/2 hours. She received treatment and 24 hours later she was SO much better. Thank you all!

Great vet to take your dog too. They show them all the love they need and take good care of them. Highly recommend

I have not personally used this place and is the only reason I can't give it higher then a 4 star. However, my Mother-in-law has used this place for years! She loves them and swears by them. The place is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I've give a few times with her and always been impressed. They are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive it there. I souks certainly trust them with my fur babies and that's saying A LOT!!! ????

I give them 3 stars because their nice but not good enough for me so I'm not taking my good friends there anymore their to slow for me the nurses and the vets he talked to me like I didn't understand what he what saying he's like 85 years old and the other's vet's are always busy and in a hurry.

This was our first visit to this groomer and totally satisfied.

I had 2 dogs groomed and they did a great job on both. They are a tiny morky and a havanesse. I am impressed with their grooming and will use them in the future. The price was also reasonable.

My dog needed care for an ulcer that came up. The Veternarian was very kind and thorough. He also offered me the medication needed. They were quick and gentle with my pet . I understand the Vet I saw was a temporary fill in but I wish I could take my dog to him every time! Great staff as well kind customer friendly and Covid responsible:)
