Very comfortable experience for both my dog and me. Got us in and out quickly while still answering any/all questions I had about my dog's health.

The staff goes above and beyond with their services. After her appointment my puppy got loose and they helped retrieve her. She was running down streets and around traffic areas. They prevented her from being hit by a car. The office also took great care of our dog when she scratched her eye with a stick. They truly are lifesavers.

What an uplifting & amazing experience with Dr. Sally. Our boy, Auggie is healing & we are hopeful he will recover fully. The idea of an acupuncture treatment on a energetic 2 yo Goldendoodle seemed like a chaotic notion. The reality & actual treatment was incredible to observe. Dr. Sally put us ALL at ease! We APPRECIATE ALL that Dr Sally & her staff have done for us & look forward to our future visits. Truly life SAVING experience. So THANKFUL. Highly recommend!!

Stateline Animal Hospital has been there for us and our Labradors for over 15 years. Yes there are other good veterinarians out there but Stateline consistently earn our business through their high level of thoroughness, professionalism, kindness and genuine concern. We have no desire to go any where else.

Absolutely awesome experience. A huge step above other vets, for the same or lower prices. They take such good care of my dog and are able to offer holistic advise regarding a range of things (food, herbs for common conditions, Chiropractic care).

I have experienced years of varied veterinary care having lived in many places in my life. This facility is by far the best animal care I have ever known! I love their integrated holistic and standard practices. The level of competence and caring is unsurpassed, and every member of the staff I have met has been wonderful as well. If you need a good veterinarian for your furry baby, you will be pleased and comforted with State Line Animal Hospital.

State Line Animal Hospital has spent more hours than I can count helping our sweet cat Winston overcome his allergies. Dr. Sally Barchman responds to all my messages and is so patient. Winston loves all the care givers and always responds well. The separate cat and dog building has been life changing! I have recommend SLAH to many pet owning friends of mine and will continue to choose them as long as we have furr children at home!

Love Stateline and always take My Pets here! Recently I struggled with a Rebate Offer and was ready to give up and leave that money behind but I called the office for one more shot and got the sweetest, most patient gal Betsy, who wouldn't let me throw in the towel. Not only did Betsy and her co-workers assist, she called back weeks later to make sure all was successful. In a world where people would rather do "less than"....at Stateline the motto seems to be"above and beyond" "more than"... Compliments to The Entire Stateline Team! And Special Shout-out to Betsy!

I went to Stateline Animal Hospital for my senior dog of 16 to get a dental cleaning. I saw Dr. Sally Barchman. I was nervous about getting a dental cleaning for my dog because he is so old but she answered all of my questions and made me feel more comfortable. During the procedure, she updated me on my dog Spots condition and gave him excellent care. He has never had his teeth cleaned for his entire 16 years so they were covered in plague and tarter; after the procedure, his teeth were significantly cleaner! We did scaling, polishing, extraction, and dental x-rays.

I've been using State Line for the veterinary needs for my two dogs for the last two years. It's a small practice, but I also feel like my pets are getting top-notch personal care. As with all businesses, COVID-19 provided some new wrinkles to pet-care, but they've managed the situation well. Historically I thought their lobby was a little small/tight for my reactive dogs, so I appreciate the current post-covid environment of waiting in cars before taken to the examination room. For my rescue dog who was very reactive, but needed a booster shots before training classes in Summer 2020, the vet got creative and was able to administer the shot over my shoulder, while I held my pup n the parking lot. For my senior pup who likes to present new medical challenges, they have been patient and thorough in examining him and explaining our various options. In February 2020, but Dr. Sally and Dr. Abby were involved in giving him the appropriate care to get him back to health. I always appreciate that they present different care plans and associated pros/cons/costs so that I can make the most informed decision for my pets' care.

Dr. Abby was able to diagnose my dog's condition where my previous vet failed to do so, and she was cheaper!!

Took both my dogs in this week, one for emergency treatment and the other for a yearly exam. My dogs were promptly received by the staff and were treated with caring and concern. The communication in both cases was very good, with Dr. Barchman personally calling to check on my sick dog, once I was able to take her home. Highly recommend State Line Animal Hospital.

We cannot say how much we love State Line Animal hospital. They have taken such great care of all our dogs. They are kind and gentle and truly care about animals. This is hands down the best vet we have ever been to. And both my husband and I used to work at vet clinics, so that is definitely saying a lot! We wouldn't trust our babies with anyone else.

Took my Senior Cat in to be seen who has a multitude of problems. Breathing, congested, been on certain medications that were working then stopped. These were prescribed for her by a different vet. Wanted a second opinion since this place was highly recommended. They said she just had allergies, gave her no medications. Then said she had a lump on her throat she was concerned about. Still, no furtther tests were given. 3 days later that lump is now huge and visible without having to feel for it. She's stopped eating and barely drinking. My Husband texts the Vet with concerns. She says to bring her in. We do, only for her to talk about her stomach and her weight-loss and couldn't really examine her because she seems to be to be in pain. I ask about the huge lump and her exact words, And you know this because". At this point I'm done. If you clearly cannot see this lump, have not even examined her which you said you were concerned about on the last visit then I'M DONE! Thank you for nothing!

They have a new app where they send you test results and let you ask questions - a big help in the awkward distancing required by Covid-19. I was amazed how quickly all my questions were answered. They are very caring about their patients and worked with me in looking for cost effective medication options.

I want to start by thanking Dr. Sally for taking a life threatening situation for my dog who had kidney stones and couldn’t pee, into her hands and managing the situation quickly and with care, eventually. However, I want the people who were registering me for the appointment and asking about my dog’s situation to re-evaluate if they should be in the veterinary field. Not only did they write down my phone number wrong (ok, maybe I didn’t enunciate enough) so I couldn’t get updates from Dr. Sally, they kept my dog in a kennel for 6 hours (ok, we were new clients and coming in without appointment, but the clinic advertised emergency services and they should’ve declined me if they were overbooked), they apparently forgot to tell the doctor that my dog couldn’t pee for the last 24+ hours (this one is inexcusable, unacceptable, inhumane). When I finally talked to Dr. Sally 6 hours after I dropped of the dog, it seemed like I was the first person to share all of the details about my dogs condition with her. My dog could’ve died. Dr. Sally corrected the situation. But for those other people, their listening skills should be better. I am not going to give the business bad stars. They have all of the resources to give great and life saving services. I just want those other people to read this. I also really hope that this review gets posted and not taken down. Thank you.
