I am so happy I found Aid Animal hospital. Dr. Evans is so kind, compassionate and extremely thorough and personable. She has helped me with my amazing cat who is older and pretty sick and needs quite a bit of help. I'm so impressed with the level of care he has recieved that I will be bringing my 2 dogs here from now on too. The girls at the front desk are wonderful as well. Just a fantastic place all around. And I love that they bring their dogs to work.

The entire staff there is top notch. Avoided a preventable surgery per advice from doctor and successfully resolved our dog's issue using acupuncture. Can't say that I ever thought I'd type those particular words out. But hey, it worked!

This place always makes me feel comfortable when I take my dog in. They show that they love my little Chewy as much as I do. Even though I moved to Lee's Summit I still go to Aid! Aid is MY place for all of my veterinarian needs.

The staff are just the best. They truly love our fur babies. They will always let you know what's happening and if extra services are needed, the doctors call you themselves and take time with you. It's just the BEST.

Doctors and staff are so great! Only the best care is offered. They usually do not cut nails, but they made an exception for my dog.

I was referred to Dr Rowe about 7 years ago when no one could figure out why my chihuahua was so sick. All other local vets told me they didn’t know and just kept refilling antibiotics week after week. I met Dr Rowe who genuinely cared and was committed to getting my little guy well. Not long after he sent us to MU to dig deeper where they discovered a foxtail in his tiny nose. I received a call from Dr Rowe not long after who was also excited to hear we figured it out. Long story short, I still bring my boys to Dr Rowe and his team because they really treat your pet like family. Dr Evans is also so kind and always listens. I love that they take time to educate you on what they are doing, so you go home reassured. I picked up my little boy from his teeth cleaning today and was told he cuddled with the team all day. As a nervous pet parent that is so comforting to hear. Your pet is in amazing hands with them

I brought both my dogs here, one had been bitten by ticks a couple days before. I specifically requested he have a heartworm test and a test for tick diseases, in addition to the vaccines he was due for. I was told they would test him for tick diseases and that the test for tick diseases is the same as the test for heartworms. Two months later Aid Animal Hospital is adamant that they ran no tests on my dog and have notes that he was in for an appointment but nothing about ticks in his chart. The owner response is referring to when my dog was tested at a later appointment when I was told my dog had not received the test when I had asked for it months prior.

They always treated my blue like he was family!

Samantha the receptionist and the other receptionists are soooooo helpful and the vets there have worked on 2 of our cats and 4 of our dogs and they're GREAT!

Went to drop my dog off for a checkup. During the short wait my battery died and my car wouldn't start. All I did was call them letting them know that I would be leaving their parking lot soon. Vet Tech named Cale came out and helped me, we couldn't get to jump start my car and took me to a nearby auto store. He didn't have to help me but he did and I can't thank him enough. Oh! And the vet service was great too!

Dr. Rowe saved my Maggy’s (pug) life with his quick action & the love that followed. How do I ever repay him? No amount of money will equal the care, time, knowledge, availability, etc that he had shown my pug. Thank you Dr. Rowe!

BEST VET EVER! Aid Animal Hospital is amazing. The entire staff. Dr. Rowe has been our vet for almost seven years, and has seen us through quite a lot. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Evans a few times as well. I refer Aid Animal Hospital to EVERYONE I meet with pets. ????
