Great people at a great price. Took my dog here to get a haircut and nails clipped.

They cut the inside of my dog’s ears. I noticed shortly after we got home when she wouldn’t stop shaking them. We had to use antimicrobial ear cleaner for them to heal and clear properly which took about two weeks. We will not be returning.

Best groomers in KC! My dog always comes out looking great and the staff is very professional and takes great care of your fur babies

They always do such a wonderful job with our dogs. Our dogs always come home smelling wonderful. We were sad that we had to move and change groomers 5 years ago, but we moved back downtown last month and went back to Wagging Tails. To no surprise, they still do such a wonderful job and are always kind on the phone and in person. They are reasonably priced and have so far become our favorite groomer in town after trying 4-5 other places.

Just moved here from cali in March. My kitty is a little more than a year old and I took her in for the first time getting a bath, and all cleaned up. Lucky, my kitty, had no complaints! And neither did I. The woman who helped me, sowwwyyy didn't catch her name, told me about a small infection in Lucky's ears and some fleas she had developed. Thank you for great service and awesome advice. I wouldn't have ever known about the fleas cuz my lucky girl has such thick fluffy soft fur. Very much appreciated!!! Will be back monthly with lucky.

Always get my dogs in same day. Cut and trim the way we want them. We have a Chihuahua and a white Pomeranian. Great service.

I have an Australian shepherd, full size. You could probably imagine how much hair my beast has. I had been waiting a month for an appointment at petco. They called two hours before the appointment and canceled. I called wagging tails and they had me bring her in within 30 minutes. I am MORE than please with how expedient I was helped last minute, how friendly they were, the quality of the haircut and deshedding AND the speed. . .BUT the best part was the price. I left a tip and paid for the service for much less than petco; I’d venture to say better quality as well!I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was very relaxed as well

We've been taking our little bichon to Wagging Tails for years! They're so efficient and they give her the cut that we like. They take great care of her while she's there and we just love them!

My small dog would NOT allow his nails trimmed. I went to Waggibg Tails and he was trimmed within 10 minutes!! I am a lifetime customer!!

I've only been here once but my initial experience went very well. The price is very fair. $45 for my small Coton Tzu puppy to get his nail trimmed and hair cut. My experience here was that they provided the quickest service and I had my puppy back home more quickly than the previous places I have gone to. His hair cut looked so cute! I can tell he was very confident. When we picked him up he was sooo happy. The previous places we took him to we always got a grumpy dog. So if he is happy with the service then we are too! They also have a clean facility and are close by!
