Treats Unleashed Leawood, Kansas

What a great place! They trimmed my dogs nails in fast order and were so kind to my dog. We recently switched from our last groomer and are so happy to be back at a place that clearly loves dogs and their owners:)

We’ve been going to treats unleashed for almost 2 years now and have loved it. We have a very anxious dog so we love the one on one and it only takes about an hour. We recently had Nadia, she did a fantastic job and made sure we liked the cut when she was finished. We have had a few other groomers and have never had any complaints. It is slightly more expensive than other places but we love going here and trust the groomers!

Treats Unleashed is by far the best place I’ve ever gone for pet grooming and pet supplies. My dog is on the nervous side but their groomers put her at ease. A special shout out for Nadia who has been awesome. And just recently my dog was groomed by another person who was great as well. I was also helped by retail staff to find good treats for my pup. Excellent place in every way!

We’ve never had a bad experience, here! The staff is friendly & amazing, all while baking more fresh dog treats. If you make a cookbook, we will buy it. ????

They know my dogs by name and have the best self serve dog wash. Everyone is so friendly and I love that they support local rescues. *Updated to reflect that they no longer offer self serve dog wash. The groomers are great, but I miss having a place to take my dogs after they get into mud.

As always this place knocks it out of the park when it comes to our pets!

We love the staff at Treats Unleashed, but extra kudos go to Savannah for grooming Oliver! He’s 70lbs of energetic, 16 month old shepherd mix and (with a lot of dedication from Savannah) he came home fresh and clean! Thank you!!

Every pup is treated like royalty here! The staff is great, the handmade treats are great, the grooming is great. I highly recommend!

Savannah did an amazing cut as always. We are very happy with everyone at Treats Unleashed. They truly treat our pup with love and are very good with our sweet boy.

After our original groomer moved away, we tried someone new who didn't really cut her the way we liked, plus I don't think they did her nails like they needed to be done. I've been taking my dog to the groomer at Treats Unleashed in Leawood since the store opened. We've made our way through MANY groomers throughout the years. We've been loyal, patient, kind, and we've tipped well (even when the haircut wasn't what we asked for). We’ve purchased expensive food, beds, toys, and participated in multiple fundraisers. You could say we’ve been strong supporters. Now my dog is 14 and on hospice care. We cancelled his appointments when he wasn’t doing well, but now he’s back to running around. He’s struggling with his allergies so when I called Treats Unleashed for help, I thought they would be willing to fit us in with our regular groomer – but they’re not. They’ve refused to find a way to fit him into their schedule for over 90 days. So much for loyalty or compassion. I guess the rumors I heard years ago about how they treat people poorly are true.

OK to bring your dog inside. Worker are dog people. Understood separation when my dog and another did not get along. Very nice to me as I was upset for my dog behavior. Small store . Try there training treat.

We loved Brittany grooming our doodle and Farley loved going there. Unfortunately she has left and we don’t know where to find her. Hopefully we can find another fav groomer here. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

We took our 3 month toy poodle for her 1st grooming here, we got a face, feet, & fanny. The appointment took about 45 minutes, she got a cute bow & we were on our way. She is so soft & fluffy. I love that her appointment time was specifically for her.

We were referred to Nadia at Treats Unleashed by our Vet. It was the first visit for our 3 month rescue pups. I was nervous as to how they would do. Nadia was so friendly, understanding and welcoming. The pups did great, they look and smell wonderful!

This was the first time I’d use their grooming services for my puppy. They were so wonderful and treated him like a KING! Definitely take your pup here!

Stevie & I always a good experience with grooming at Treats Unleashed - Leawood. The women here are are considerate of Stevie's limitations (older, blind, and losing his hearing). Additionally, they are always so welcoming and excited to see him. The concern they have for my baby makes me feel confident leaving him in their care. Unlike other groomers, they make a point of grooming asap; no drop-off just to be kenneled until they get around to your pup. For full grooming + de-shed of my [very fluffy] boy, it always takes roughly 1.5 hours and they always do an excellent job. By comparison, other places normally take at least 3 hours, which overwhelms Stevie and causes him to be agitated for hours after. If you don't try out their grooming, that is good for me (easier to schedule service), but you & your pup are definitely missing out.

This was my first time bringing my pups to treats unleashed for grooming and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was so welcoming and excited to meet and pet my dogs. You can tell everyone working there is a true animal lover not just there for a job. As for the grooming, Nadia is awesome! She did such a great job especially with cutting my terrier mix’s hair. I’m so glad I decided to take my pups here. We will continue to come back for sure
