What a wonderful collection of caring people.

Used to be great! Now, rude, unprofessional, didn't like the way they treated my dog. My dog very friendly but hated the place. Very standoffish, both receptionist and doctor. Used to be great, now not so much. My dog had a dog bite on back ankle (hock) and they started off saying $400.00! All he needed was pain medicine and antibiotics. Not going back there...

We take our pittie here and we love the service! You guys are awesome

They had no openings to get my dog in for euthanasia. It was a sad day I had to do it. They could not accommodate until the coming Wednesday.

As a pet owner you come to trust and count on your pet's care provider. I made an appt after witnessing some unusual behavior, then ended up going in person w/him later that day to make sure he wasn't suffering, as he did not seem any better .at that time I was refused service stating they were too busy however receptionist advised i could bring him up on ice if he didn't make it until his appt date if I wanted to.

Staff was real friendly and loving to Lilly Belle. We found our care place for our new addition. Thanks Dr. Ramsey and Janet for the support.

After trying 10 different Vet. Clinics around the KC area, Dr. McConkey and his staff are the only ones that could fix our white American Bulldog/Sharpei's skin allergy issues. TAH is the only vet clinic we let take care of our pets. They are the best.

My dog was lost/abandoned. I went here and had a great experience. The front desk girls are friendly. The assistant was thorough. The doctor was attentive. Overall a great experience.

Awesome they do a great job

The receptionist at this office is a horrible representative of any resemblance of customer service. We have two 9 month old sister dogs and will never return here. Melissa cost you a long term customer today and I suspect not the last given her demeanor.

I loved meeting Skillet!! Was there with daughter to take my aging granddog and out pops the most beautiful cat host!! She came right up to us. However her visit wasnt long cause in pops a hostile patient dog that didnt appreciate her hospitality???????? the staff was wonderful!! I live Missouri and have no idea how to get back to your facility but i would love see her again!

This is a great place for your animals the staff was amazing with my dog stormy and made her feel comfortable and the whole experience was very informative and enjoyable.

The veterinarians at Turner are very good with the pets that they deal with. My dog, Perry, was very nervous when they took him back to get his shots updated and his blood tested for heartworm, but they were very caring and petted him the entire time. They got everything done as quickly as possible and their prices are also very reasonable. Perry got his Parvo, Distemper and Rabies shots and blood tested for less than $200. And you can schedule appointments through their app as well as order medications. I highly recommend this clinic.

It's a great place I love working there the staff is extremely helpful and respectful and it's like a big family.

I really like this place. They are inexpensive and I really like the vets and front desk girls. I highly recommend them!!

Good place they take great care of your pets

Our 12 year old male cat could not urinate. Called when they were out for lunch so I left a message as instructed. I anticipated a return call considering the severity of the issue. But 4 days later..still nothing. My daughters vet at Union Hill was able to see him that day. Turner was great when Hamilton was there. Even 5 years ago when they took care of our dog Bear. But when a call is basically ignored for a hurting animal and that is the business they are in..I will not return or recommend Turner any longer.

Upfront and honest! Caring doctors, but not pushy. I got each heartworm test free when I bought each dog a year of heartworm pills!

I was very satisfied with my Roxy's appointment. She has made a change for the better. She is calmer with their help. Thanks Turner Clinic.

We've been bringing our Pup here since we got him. The staff is super friendly and kind. They always acknowledge our Pit, King, the moment we walk in the door. The Vet is informative and thorough. Did I mention that their prices are very affordable.
