I’ve had to take my precious cat here twice since Christmas (unrelated) and genuinely feel so good about my experiences with the staff and their abilities to treat and help my cat. They listen without making me feel dramatic, and give what I would describe as a kind, but pragmatic prognosis. I really appreciate the attention given to Goldie and their continued communication with me. Also they’ve fit me in twice now, same day. I really can’t say enough good things.

Excellent service with a smile! Had my little bishon groomed. She was matted up and needed it bad! They did a great job. She looked fantastic afterwards! Front desk was very helpful too! Highly recommend!

Noelle does an excellent job of grooming my challenging Golden Retriever. Ladies at front desk are very nice to work with. Staff is excellent!????????????????????????

Dr. B was awesome with our kitties, he also gave us options for treatment that were within our means.

Great Ppl. Both, Dr Armstrong are caring and wonderful. Couldn't ask for better from what I've seen. Before choosing a vet I will always recommend having a tour. A full tour of your boarding, grooming, exam rooms in the back operating rooms, etc.

Always very considerate, and helpful. Was willing to look at ways to save money for the person bringing in their beloved pet.

I wanted to give ZERO stars. I hade to give at least one star to leave a review. I do not suggest using them. My final experience with them will haunt me forever. If your dog is sick please don’t take them here. I cannot describe how disgusted I am. Long story short….. my dog died while in their “care”, which I was not expecting at all.They carried her out to my truck in a garbage bag. Put her in my truck like she was trash. Not one of them. Not. One. Said a word to me or my husband. Not a word until someone asked how I would be paying. Honest to God, not one word. Not one “I’m sorry for your loss” the people that brought her to my truck… not one word. Not one Dr would come out. Not. One. I’m still processing all of it. I still can’t believe it myself. If your dog is sick don’t take them here. I really miss my dog. She gave me 13 great years. She loved me and my kids so much. She didn’t deserve to die like she didn’t matter. P. S. This ☝???? isn’t even the worst part. I’ll come back and update this review when I can bring myself to actually think about it again. It’s all so disgusting. Physically makes me I’ll. ????????????????????????????????????????????

Got nothing bad to say about this company. Always treated professionally. Clean environment. They work to get you scheduled quickly. Always costs me at least a hundred dollars to take my dog there ????. Not saying it's unreasonable but my average visit costs me what many take home after working a 40 hour week...

Our Boston terrier had ligament and knee surgery here. The recovery was without complications and he is good as new. Staff is always friendly. They clearly care for all the animals. Also lacks that “vet smell” most other vets seem to have.

This will be my new vet for my dogs. If took me 4 years to find but worth the search.

The Dr. Called me and discussed a care plan that was reasonable for my pet.

I just took my 14 week old French Bulldog for our first vet visit together here and we saw Dr.Tyler Armstrong. He was very helpful and answered all of my new dog mom questions! He assured me of his experience with frenchies and made me aware of any concerns I may face in the future with this breed. Vinny seemed to do well with his exam and shots. We can’t wait to go back!

They have been the family vet for my husband's family for years. Dr. Armstrong was fantastic with my sick girl. I was so upset but he explained her emergency surgery quickly to me and rushed her to the back. Him and the rest of the staff saved her life.

We take both of our cats here and really appreciate the time & care the staff gives our animals. Was super nervous about one of our cats today because he is still skiddish & nervous around new people, but the doctor came back in & said he was super calm & chill. Makes me really happy that they obviously know what they were doing. Highly recommend this place

I am bed-ridden, so my awesome daughter-in-law has to take my fur baby to the vet. My precious Gizmo is a beautiful long-haired dachshund & he will be 19 in August. After having a lot of blood work done, his kidney function was a little high. Of course, I was terrified about it! But Dr Tyler called me & answered every question I had! He never made me feel like he didn't have time for me! He explained everything in detail, & even bragged about how good his blood work looked, especially for his age. He explained everything I need to do to keep him around as long as possible . Last November when he got really bad sick was the 1st time taking Gizmo to him. I really thought I was gona lose him, & Dr Tyler stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour explaining everything!! I am so extremely grateful to all of the staff for taking such great care of my baby!!! & thank you to Missy who is always very friendly & helpful!! I would absolutely recommend Dr Tyler & his staff!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!!!

Amazing service when my pup needed a sick visit. For his condition I was prepared to pay top dollar, but the vet was able to diagnose my dog in a way that saved us time and money. He was very informative and explained things in a way I could understand. His nurses were all amazing and listened to everything I had to say! Would 100% recommend! And will definitely go back!

Ron and Tyler Armstrong our Excellent Vets. I trust them and their expertise. They know alot about English Bulldogs . My dog is always well taken care of by them. The staff is great and is very accommodating. I highly recommend them. My dog has gone through several surgeries and she recovers very well. Very happy with Platte Woods.
