I was on my last day of covid quarantine but my dog hurt his back and really needed to be seen. My regular vet wouldn't / couldn't see him. When I called Piper Heritage they were absolutely wonderful and understanding! I was able to get my dog in within a couple of hours. They came and got him from the car and the vet was in contact with me by phone immediately. It was a great experience. I felt like they really cared about what happened to my dog, a dog that they had never seen before. A great place!

Because you can't keep your patient files straight. Together I came in with a female cat. You sent me a quote for a dog. I will not be using your services! Today it saddened me to leave Piper Heritage. I’m still in shock of my phone call. My dog had an appointment today with a tech for her shots. I woke up this morning and noticed my cat was pawing at her ear. She had been at Piper Heritage 2 months ago and was treated for an ear infection. I called to see by chance if they could see the cat also since I was bringing in our dog and I was going in for surgery myself on Friday. They said let me see what we can do and we’ll call you back. They did call me back, but I was told the doctor was busy, but would squeeze me in to see the cat. The shocker is I’m told if I want the cat to be seen I’ll have to pay the urgent care fee for the doctor to squeeze her in. I’m sorry I could see this if I was a new customer and trying to get in today, but this is the place that’s taken care of our animals for years and I have never felt that it was about the money until today. I loved this practice so much that I drive over 30 minutes to their practice. I’m still so shocked and really sad about it.

I have taken all three of my dogs to Piper Heritage for the last 11 years. They have always been honest and personable, and provided great care for my dogs. Very recently, my oldest dog had a quick decline in her health and I had to make a hard decision and unfortunately chose to say goodbye to her. Dr. Williams performed the procedure for us. She was so attentive to not only my dogs needs, but our needs as well. She was not in a rush and was very sincere in offering her condolences once my dog passed. Less than a week later, I received a hand written sympathy card from the doctor. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, all things considered. I will always recommend Piper Heritage and trust them wholeheartedly with my pets.

Unbelievably caring people! The only place we take our cats to!

We just moved back to the area and both of my pups are seen by Dr. Lewis. One of our dogs has been having life-threatening issues for the past couple of weeks and she has provided such great care to her and to our family. She is very responsive and easy to talk to. She also involves you in the process and decision making which is very important to my husband and I. Could not recommend her or this clinic enough!

These processionals really care for my fur baby and always call with a follow up on all procedures. I highly recommend them.

The pet handlers were very good with my dog and did everything that I requested . So very pleased with the service.

My grandpa Kenneth Davidson has been a customer since 1988 when he had his two huskies at the time and loved how nice everyone was to him. I took my dog Thor who passed away in 2016 when I was 13 and everyone was helpful and helped me. Recently my grandpa called up to get an appointment for my German shepherd Storm for a problem he has been having and still have no appointment set up for Storm. I do not want to leave this place after many years my family has been up there but things have changed up there and it's expensive too. Unless they can get things in order we might not be back sadly.

The female veterinarian, Dr. Lewis, was so rude. I felt like I was doing her a favor just to be there concerning my cat. I used to love this clinic, but she changed my mind. The assistant was so kind and comforting. Maybe the vet should take some lessons from her.

My Boston Terrier, Lucy absolutely loves going to the vet! The staff is super kind and knowledgeable. They give her lots of attention and take their time to answer any questions that I might have. The wait time is never very long and the clinic is really clean.

My husband took our 1 year old puppy in for his shots and check-up. Very nice facility and staff was very nice and really good with our dog.

I've seen several vets and all of them are great and take the time to listen to you about your pet. I feel like they genuinely care about my pet's well-being.

I have not been to the place yet myself but my husband took our baby boy there about 4 months ago. They took very good care of him before he passed away like 2 weeks ago. The staff was super nice and very helpful. We now have a new little baby boy that is 2 months old and have already made an appointment to take him in. We plan to bring every cat we ever own to this place. Not to bad on price either.

Although they were booked with pet appointments they found time for urgent care. My Lemondrop was placed in good hands and is well on her way to full recovery. I even received a follow up call a few days later. You can't get better than this.

Dr. Hodges is THE BEST exotic pets doctor in the area. He is the only guy that I take my pet turtles to see. He has educated me on their care and diet.

This vet clinic is one of the best I've taken my pet to. The front desk employees are always super friendly and helpful. The doctors here are great, they explain everything and give up front costs. They really love what they're doing and it shows. I've taken my dog here for his shots and when concerns arise. Every single time they make sure when I leave every concern is addressed. When my dog was sick they even reached out a few days later to check on him to make sure he was on the mend. If you have a pet and you want them taken care properly I suggest going here. The cost is extremely reasonable and affordable.

A few months ago, I had a TPLO performed on my dog by Dr. Corbin Hodges. My dog is back to a healthy and active life. We had a great experience with Piper Heritage. They are friendly, professional, and informative. The surgery was 100% worth it.

The best clinic and vets. They take such amazing care of my pets. They answer all my questions, lay out all options and make sure we're comfortable with care plans. And my pup loves her vet and the techs.

Professional staff, double door entry is nice to prevent potential problems with head-to-head animal interactions, exam rooms are clean and well maintained.

If you care about your pets this is the place to take them. They look after your pet like they are their own.

Dr. Hodges performed TPLO surgery (ACL surgery) twice on our chocolate lab within the last year. Not only was the surgery reasonably priced (compared to other places) but he was so knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable during the entire process. He took great care of her and answered any and all questions that we had. All of the staff is great too and you can tell they really care about each and every patient. Thank you Dr. Hodges for taking such good care of our girl in a not-so-great time. Surgery is no fun but he made the process so much easier for us.
