Picture Hills is a loving caring animal clinic. I have gone the the clinic for over 30+ years with all my pets. It has recently changed hands and I was a bit concerned that no one else could do the same job as the previous vet. They have proven themselves caring and loving with the animals. They are organized and helpful. They even called two days after a possible very sad diagnosis for my dog, just to see how she was doing. I like that a lot. The vets are comfortable getting on the floor with your animal to examine or just to get to know them. They have been very safe protecting people and animals from COVID. I highly recommend the Picture Hills Pet Hospital.

This is the best Vet Office you will ever find! Friendly, Friendly, Caring. They treat your furry babies like they were their own. Follow up calls after procedures are wonderful. Love the staff and the doctors! A true 10!

They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable. She is very dog reactive, so them allowing me appointment times with as little interaction as possible with other dogs. They made me feel like my dog was the best dog that ever seen in there and the truth is I believe they make everyone feel that way. They have an app that makes everything easy and they are extremely responsive to emails and questions. I am grateful I found them for my Gracie..

They are wonderful. They always seem to be happy working with pets and they are responsive and take initiative to communicate plans of action. We truly appreciate the vets and the staff there and can't imagine going anywhere else. They are matter-of-fact as necessary with empathy - a tough balance to pull off.

I don’t have enough to say about how great my experience was at PHPH!!! My dog has been having seizures off & on and the staff took ample time to ask questions, observe his behavior in the office, and answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or looked over. They also were just so great with my dog. I have found a new vet and so excited to have them treat my animals.

We recently adopted a dog from the shelter and brought him to Picture Hills for his first exam. Cheech is very guarded around strangers and was visibly nervous when we walked in. Dr. Petifurd and her team brought him out of his shell in no time! They had several methods for keeping him calm and comfortable while checking him over and drawing blood. I could not be more impressed! Dr. Petifurd kept me informed throughout the whole process, making sure I knew what she was doing and why it was necessary. She answered every question I had about his health, from behavioral questions to medical ones. We even got a call about his blood test a few days later instead of having to wait for his next appointment. If you are looking for a new vet for your animals, definitely check out Picture Hills!

Dr. Simms is thorough and extremely competent and I trust and value her advice and care! She and the staff have been great to work with as we have multiple pets and financially have to be careful with our pet expenses. I appreciate their understanding! If you're looking for vets and vet techs that walk the walk and talk the talk - look no further. They have the education, experience as well as the level of CARE that you and your fur-children deserve. I've been taking my pets here since '95. My pets and I have always been treated with care and respect. I even brought a dog here that I was pet-sitting for a friend, and now that friend only comes here. She agrees that this is the best place for veterinary care, and so will you.

We've been going here with my dog since she was a puppy, going on 11 years now. She's bearing the end of her time but these people have only shown that they love and care for her :')

The staff at Picture Hills have all been so amazing with my dog Jack! They even worked him in when our appointment was missed due to loss of power this past winter! I know he is in great hands and getting great care. Dr. Petifurd was so helpful at his last appointment and made sure I had everything I needed!

My cat Mimi was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism from this place and she had a bad reaction to the medication so our next step was to do the the iodine treatment from blue pearl. Dr. Sims was suppose to set that up and give me a call back because blue Pearl wanted her to call and not me. I waited 3 wks and still never received a call back. So I called and left a message with the front desk. Waited another 5 days still no response from Dr. Sims. I called again and left another message with the front desk. I waited another 6 days still no response. So I decided to make a in person trip. I was told they tried to get ahold of blue Pearl and they were playing phone tag and after 3 weeks I just fell through the cracks.???? But that doesn't explain why they were ignoring my messages!!! I was forced to change vets and pay more money for the same tests because now I do not trust that they are even telling me the truth on the tests. SHAME ON YOU for acting like you care about people's pets and telling me that hyperthyroidism is serious but not serious enough to call me back on a solution. But at least you got almost $800 from me. Anyone reading this they are so unorganized and only have time to take your money but not follow up!!! Just plain disgusting!!!

Took Maqzuel For a meet and greet and to make sure he would be ready for the good old snip and clip. Told us everything they would be doing and what would cost. Let know what was needed and what could wait. Exceptional service.
