I love Parkville Heights. Dr Rose is always very responsive, caring, and you can tell she enjoys what she does. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Wish we had gone here sooner. Dr. Rose loves older cats which is great for our 19 year old one. She was able to quickly identify and treat the problem which other vets had not picked up on. She is friendly, competent, knowledgeable and takes the time to answer our questions. You can tell she really cares about what she does.

We love Dr. Rose! She takes such amazing care of our two kitties and new puppy. She’s so professional, kind, and caring. I can’t imagine taking my furbabies to anyone else.

We moved from Parkville about 15 years ago and still take our dogs to see Dr. Rose, even though it is a 20 min drive. She is very caring, professional, funny and communicates well so we understand what is going on.

I might be changing vets, they refused his heartguard because they want to c him....we were there last Saturday and said nothing. Really kinda posses me off they would do something like that. Witholding his meds until he goes there. That's ridiculous

We adopted an FIV positive cat and we couldn't be happier with our care. We had a vet who moved and our new vet who took over our case was up to speed as if nothing had changed. They are knowledgeable and respond quickly. Definitely recommend.

I have been taking my "kids" to Dr. Rose for approximately the last 22 years and can't imagine going anywhere else.  Not only is she exemplary at her profession, but her bedside manner is ideal.  The love you can see she has for her job and her patients is just part of what makes her great.  She's always treated my cats and dogs as though they were her own, and has grieved with the family when it's been time to help one of our beloved "children" over that rainbow bridge.  Most notably, my previous cat, Hobbs, ended up with small cell lymphosarcoma (intestinal cancer).  Based on the progress the cancer had made, he was expected to be with us another 2-6 months.  Under Dr. Rose's diligent care, he went into remission many times and stayed with me 2 years after his diagnosis.  She is always careful to explore the easiest options for the animals, and least expensive options for the "parents" first.  I could keep going, but overall I will say that the day Dr. Rose retires will be a sad day for myself and many others.

Well run office. Appointments on time and the office is clean. My dog is nervous at the vet and they do a great job making him feel comfortable. They get us in and out quickly. Everyone is friendly.
