Staff was super sweet over the phone and answered all the questions I had. Moving and finding a vet is hard because you want the best for your pets. I feel confident I made the right choice and that my kitty will be in good hands! :)

We had to make the unfortunate decision to put our loved cat to sleep. The staff at Welborn had a very comfortable, caring, and respectful process. We thank them for helping to make a difficult time less difficult and providing our family cat the dignified, peaceful closure he deserved.

I started seeing Dr. Marcia Buzhardt just recently for my dogs knee, I was having trouble finding answers elsewhere, he ended up needing a knee replacement. (TPLO) Dr. Buzhardt took the bull by the horns & figured out what needed to be done right away. She is very knowledgeable with any questions I have asked and the people in the clinic are welcoming & inviting. Dr. DeLuke & Dr. Boone were the vets we dealt with for Cooper's surgery, also answering questions and following up with me afterwards to see how he was doing. They also do not try to sell you unnecessary extras or gouge you on pricing. I highly recommend this vet clinic!!

I love working here and serving the community

After 17 years of this dog being a part of our family, we had to say goodbye today. I have never put a dog down before. Dr. Beesley was so kind, and my husband and I appreciated the way our dog was handled. The process was very solemn and dignified. We want to say thank you to Dr. Beesley for today and to thank everyone at VCA Wellborn for the great care you have taken of Smokie over the years.

Its a good place to take yourpets

the lady was rude on phone,i was trying to find out about getting my puppy in.and get some answers of what i should do.she said i have other people on hold call back when you figure it out.i don't think i will take my puppy to them. i don;t care for rude people.

If you would have told me a year ago that we would have drive up veterinary offices I wouldn't have believed you.

The staff is so kind and compassionate. Has been or family vet for over 10+ years. You will be pleased with thier service. It doesn't matter what part of KC we live in they are our vet for life. They have proven thier outstanding care for all our pets.

Awesome visit, my dog Clubber had an ear infection. Dr. Synder is amazing. Clubber is on the road to recovery.

The Dr is amazing❤ You can tell they really love what they do. Our dog was hurt badly by another dog, and they took good care of him. They also understand that care can be expensive and are willing to help you with solutions that care for your animals and your budget.

Dr. Marcia Buzhardt is the best. Wouldnt trust my dogs with anyone else.

This was my first time to VCA, everyone was wonderful to us and our Voodoo kitty. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Doctor Boone was awsome, he was very kind and reassuring. He treated Voodoo just as if he were his own. I've been to a few vets over the years and we have found a new home for our fur babies care. I can't say enough good things about this place because we all know that our pets are part of our families, and now so is VCA.

The vets are wonderful! I will be taking all of my pets there from now on.

Was pretty Disappointed, They sold is some Flea & Tick treatment for our Dog's, ( Their Brand ) And It did Nothing for them. They won't be getting Anymore of Our Money!!

Professionals just one word says it all

I took my little old lady to VCA Welborn simply because they had the soonest appt. We have a regular vet. I thought it would be a, get the exam, get the blood work and then transfer back to my original vet. But that changed when we got to meet and work with Dr. Schneider. She was very kind, honest and professional. Dr. Schneider explained things clearly, was so patient and empathetic. I asked her honest opinion as if she were in my situation and I feel she was very honest. She easily could of recommended a few expensive diagnostics but instead, she gave me her honest opinion and shared a personal experience with me. I called later to ask them to email me my records in case I needed them in an emergency situation and they were sent within an hour. Front desk was always nice and professional over the phone. In regards to covid precautions, they do have you wait in the car while they examine your pet inside. With a high risk partner, I appreciate those measures. I didn’t feel as though I was missing out on anything not being in the exam room. I felt like everything was still clearly explained to me. I would recommend Dr. Schneider to anyone that wants a kind, caring vet.

Staff were very welcoming. Vetanerian was very knowledgeable and very concerned. Although we had to put out baby hobo down it was the best service they could provide for the situation. RIP my dear sweet Hobo, we really miss you!

They made a sad experience with a very ill cat into way more peaceful than I expected.

Welborn Animal Hospital was able to get my dog in for an urgent issue the same day! Everyone was so nice and helpful! The vet kept me informed through the whole process along the way. Pricing is also very reasonable here. I wont take my dog anywhere else now!

Probably the best animal hospital in the metro area and doctor Biel is an amazing doctor.

They saved my dogs life. She suddenly couldn't walk and we thought we would have to put her down. They diagnosed her with distibular disease and gave her medicine to help with the dizziness and help her to eat and she would be better in 2 weeks.

They continue to serve us and our pets through the pandemic

Love the Dr's at VCA Welborn. They have always treated me and my pets very well. I can tell that they are veterinarians because they truly love animals♡
