Excellent Pet Services! We've used No Worries for a very long time now and have had nothing but excellent service. They love our fur-babies just as much as we do, and are completely reliable and professional. I recommend them to everyone I can, and have been so very happy with their services.

There are many old reviews of NWP that pertain to previous owners. Caveat to readers of those reviews, take them with a grain of salt. The new owner of NWP in recent years is professional, and has added some much needed modernization of website and scheduling ease. I used NWP for 5 years for midday walk breaks for my senior dog. During that time, we had the same staff visiting our home, so I felt great knowing the same person was coming to my house and getting to know my dog and her routine every week. Miss Cristin became a sweet friend via messages each time she visited, and my dog seemed to do well in her care with no issues for me to report. Miss Cyndi was also a regular fill in for Cristin, and when my beloved dog passed earlier this summer, they both went out of their way to express their condolences and made me even more happy they were a part of our lives. I will certainly enlist their services in the future.

I've been using NWP for about three years now and have had great experiences each time I need their services. Cristin seems to always be the one to come by to see my cat, and she sends me a personal note each time she stops by. I have a pretty "fearful" cat, but she's managed to win him over and goes out of her way to find him and spend some time with him. She also used to take care of my parents' elderly cat from time to time, and would get down on the floor to play with this tiny little old cat. It was the cutest thing and showed me how much she cares for animals. I know my cat is in good hands while I'm gone.

No Worries Pet Care is the best in KC! We have quite a few indoor and outdoor cats and they took the best care of all them while we were out of town during the Christmas holiday. Also have a few cats that need medications and that was not a problem for them to administer. Very friendly and professional staff, who really love animals. We will use their services again in the future!

They go beyond just pet sitting. They are house-sitters too!

I sent an email asking about pet sitting my 3 dogs. We exchanged several emails and i explained that I'd like to set up an intro meeting and then PAY for a 2nd visit with me there and possibly a 3rd visit before i was to go out of town just to be sure that my 3 large dogs were going to accept a new person coming in to care for them. I was looking out for my kids, but also the sitter's welfare. They responded with an incredibly RUDE voice mail that said they couldn't help me because of the additional visits i had requested. If i was planning to PAY them, then what is the concern about whether i was there or not? It's just another visit on their books. And the message was so rude and unprofessional that i am so thankful i never let them into my house to care for my kids when I wouldn't be there. Are they hiding something and that's why they didn't want me around? Very unprofessional and utterly RUDE. Sounds like from the reviews that UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE is just WHO THEY ARE.

People are very rude and unprofessional, they also overcharge you without telling you. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN EVER. Very money hungry stingy people.

I initially had a lot of positive experiences with this company. After just a couple of times of needing to adjust scheduling and a cancellation I experienced a complete change of company attitude from indifferent to catty and drama filled responses. We gave this pet service company a year off out of frustration and recently booked a service which was needed to be cancelled. What we received in response is retortfull and in my opinion very unprofessional. The actual service rendered was perfectly fine in our past however the personal communication and professionalism is woeful.

I had the same experience as other reviewers. I called to ask about looking after my pet, and the man who picked up was incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. They may or may not be good with pets, but I would never use a company that is so rude on the first call.

Absolutely the best pet care in the North Kansas City area. We wouldn't trust our pets to anyone but No Worries Pet Care. Every time we go away and they take care of our animals we come home to happy content cats and dogs. They go above and beyond to make sure that not only you are content but your animals are as well.

No Worries is a great alternative to begging friends to pet-sit and boarding. The sitter came to my place for an initial visit before I had a solid date for when I would need service. Only thing I can fault them for is their website. It's functional but not overly user friendly.

After a bad experience leaving our golden retriever Lily at a local kennel, my husband and I contacted No Worries. Kristy has been fabulous! She spent time getting to know Lily before we left, and kept us updated while we were on our vacation. We have now trusted Kristy and her team with Lily's care twice and we intend to continue doing so. I can tell they really care about the pets they care for and we have been able to rest easy and enjoy time away knowing that Lily is being well taken care of.

They may or may not be good with pets, but they certainly lack people skills. Rude and unprofessional.

Randy, Kristy and their team are INCREDIBLE. I can't give this review enough stars. We never pictured ourselves as people who would hire dog walkers, but we have two elderly golden retrievers who became pretty needy in the last year and could no longer go a full work day without being let out. We hired No Worries about six months ago to do a daily visit with our boys. We found No Worries through several glowing reviews and personal recommendations from co-workers, and they have been the best thing to happen to our dogs. They are incredibly thoughtful and conscientious. Not only do they spend a full half hour talking to, petting and brushing, our dogs, they also bring in our mail, pull our trash can up from the curb on trash days, and rescue packages off of our front porch. In a pinch, they've picked up medication refills from our vet for us. They're very responsive and flexible, and on occasion have added additional visits to our normal schedule when work or personal demands have kept us away from home longer than expected. Recently, while we were out of town and NOT using them because our dogs were boarded, they made special trip to our home to pick up a package that UPS delivered a day late so that it wouldn't sit outside until we returned from vacation. We love No Worries!
