Disgusted that they only help unfortunate and undereducated individuals with children. Individuals with children have more assistance than any group in America. Very discriminatory. Women without kids are just SOL. To think my cousins loser baby daddy could enroll in the school before I can is ridiculous. I guess I’ll find a way to fund my own schooling. Discrimination against childless women in America is ridiculous!!!!!!

Went 2 interview, then went 2 my 1st day & shadowed somebody & I have 2 say, it was an awesome day & awesome experience & iim hoping that ii get a call back asap so that ii can start my class & my journey 2 becoming a licensed Pet Groomer!! ????????????????????????????????????????‍????

Such a great place. Friendly and fun. My very excitable German shepherd was taken care of with expertise. I will definitely go here again. I usually can't clip my dog's nails but this place got it done in less than 5 minutes. Definitely stress free grooming!

I always feel comfortable leaving Harlem, I never worry like the big box store I used to use. Always a great job.

My puppy went to The Grooming Project for his very first groom and came out looking and smelling great! He is a little nervous with new situations and loud environments, but he was a happy camper and they said he did well. We'll be back!

IF YOU WANT TO WAIT A OVER A MONTH AND BE COMPLETY DISSAPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPT AMBER COME HERE!!!! I was happy with my service the first time i went! overly taken back until the LEAD from hell took my call this afternoon! The second time my appointment that i had scheduled was not correctly communicated (stated by the lead i wasnt the only one) with this issue it caused me to miss a appointment i have waited over a month for! neither me or personally there fault explained by the lead at first claiming that it was the texting company issue and it is what it is! After me stating that it is just unfortune that i have to wait until may 18th for another appointment that wasn't explained to me is really disheartening for a service i love! BOOM SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE! I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN SPOKEN TO SO RUDLY FOR ONE THEN HUNG UP ON AFTER JUST STATING HOW I FELT AS SHE DID THE WHOLE ENTIRE CONVERSTATION!! Called back and spoke to amber and couldn't take it anymore! i told her that whoever! i spoke to did not have to hang up in my MF FACE! I NEVER NOT ONCE DISPRECTED her or said ANYTHING WRONG! im going to be completely honest i prolly told amber that the lead that hung up in my face was a B word because SHE WAS! in life you don't know what people go through! and if she was overwhelmed at work she SHOULDNT BE ANSWERING THE PHONE! did i take out on her that i was in the doctor with my sick child all night and morning out on her? NO! i was very understanding especially after she stated about the text company being at fault!!! HANGING UP IN MY FACE WAS COMPLETLY UNCALLED FOR AND DISPRECTFUL! WHO KNOWS WHAT THAT WOMEN IS EVEN BACK THERE TAKING OUT ON SOMEONES PET THAT DOESNT LISTEN TO A COMMAND OR DOESNT LET HER DO HER JOB EASY! due to me letting amber have it about her RUDE! I MEAN RUDE COLLEAGUE "THE RELATIONSHIP WILL NOT WORK! meanwhile there is no contact any way! but i understand that is why AMBER! deserves her stripes for at least explaining that much in such a professional way! i can respect that! but disrespect i can not! especially when i never not once disrespected the lead from HELL! I CANT EVEN BELIEVE SHES A LEAD!

I go to school here. Excellent program and takes great care of the dogs they groom. They're helping me rebuild my life in recovery! Thanks, Barbie Daniels!

I love this place, and more importantly so do my dogs...they nearly wag their tails off when we pull into the parking lot. I highly recommend.

I have been to many groomers in this Metropolitan area and I get excited when I say that The Grooming Project has by far, the most welcoming and caring staff members! Their attention to my requests is awesome and they obviously use excellent products, leaving my Daisy's coat feeling fabulous! I give them a 5 star in every area! We thank you for this great project and we will always be back!

Best groomers in town!! I love their mission and our St. Bernard and Retriever/Boxer always come back looking sooo good!! Will not go to another groomer in town. They come right to your car to pick-up and drop off your pets and can process the payment over the phone. Excellent customer service!

I have been going to the Grooming project for it seems like 3 years now , they are reasonably priced and do a great job . My pets have always looked good and have been very happy to go.

We love the grooming project!! The groomers do an amazing job on our Newfoundland (better than anyone in town) and the organization’s mission is even better. Nothing but good things to say about our experience here over the last two plus years.

The first couple of times I went, I had a good experience. The last time that I went, I asked them to TRIM my pup, they shaved her completely off, and even left red spots on her stomach. Not to mention it was winter time. Thanks for allowing my dog to freeze her butt off. I just called to confirm an appt for tomorrow, they state they have tried to call me but my voicemail was full. I don't have any missed calls, nor do I have voicemails pending in my phone. Seems as if the communication focus is lacking. I am not happy! Not to mention, the staff can be a bit more professional. You can stand in their face and they still will acknowledge you!

I have been taking my Tripawed Boxador many times, and my blind Pom twice for baths. This time my Pom also got a trim. They did exactly what I wanted and just trimmed her up on the underneath and her mane to keep her clean and groomed. I'm so excited how good she looks! Thank you!

The only place in town I will bring my dog to! Have brought 3 dogs here the past couple years and they do the best grooming at the best prices. They are very accommodating for getting nails clipped/ground also.
