When I called about my cat ingesting a product, all the Vet told me was call the number on the can to see what they suggested for my cat eating the roaches that had been sprayed.( My cat is kind of a scavenger by breed)

We just love Dr Lyle & his staff !! He has been very good in assessing & diagnosing what is going on in our dogs and has excellent communication in educating us on his findings and all the care options. His staff are very nice & helpful.

You need to make appointments now, so be sure to call. Dr Lyle is great and the whole team loves taking care your pet /babies!

So far Dr Lyle has been amazing. Especially with it being Christmas ... They stay open late due to I was already in route but still 25 minutes out from clinic with a foster momma dog of 8 babies less than 30 days old whom had been victim of a hit and run.. I have had all my questions answered and explained - the best route of treatment and why- the process - the % of success rate- and the next step if that failed. Updates to the best of their ability. (I am hard to reach on the telephone). Detailed messages with clinic phone number as well as Dr Lyle leaves his number as well for after hours. Have called for info on managing puppies without momma to which everyone at the clinic has been amazing in explaining or getting the correct info to me asap if unknown. Hands down... You will not be disappointed with the care you receive at this facility. Wish I had taken my dog ryder here while he was alive.. UPDATE:::: picked up chica from Dr Lyles office at crest animal ... She looked of course to have lost some weight due to stress and pain as expected. Dr Lyle was so very polite and appreciative of me allowing him to care for her. She was still unstable from the hip surgery but walking and doing amazing. All her scripts were in a to go goodie bag.. So no worries about where to fill them nor pay for them. They were included in the bill... BEST PART FOR LAST!!! The bill..... To say the least, I was supper impressed! Under $1500 Included 9x days hospitals stay- put 2 sleep x2. Once to pop hip in (did not stay as we expected) and again for surgery to clean up fibrosis and repair hip so it would stay in. And also all 3 of her scripts that she came home with.. So super impressed with all who work there. Special thank you to the young lady who helped me place chica into my small car and show me the proper way to help her up and down without hurting her at home... If you are looking for a high end Dr who is amazingly compassionate,caring,and has a wonderful staff; at a price you can afford.. Look no further... Crest is the BEST!! (Oh and fyi.. He was staying late again on the evening I picked chica up because a lady brought her yorkie in at closing... BECAUSE he just wasn't acting himself.. I commented on how mellow he was for his breed.. He was walking and nudging her. On and off her lap.. Seemed fine to me.. Yet Dr Lyle stayed late to see her pet to ease the owners mind. ( just to give you an idea of the treatment & care that you will receive at crest..) They truly do care. ❤ THANK YOU from myself and Chica.. See ya soon..

If you had asked me up until my phone call with them this morning, I would have given them 5 stars with unlimited praise. I'm lucky enough that I haven't needed vet services since October 2020. Of course, I call this morning asking about Covid protocols, etc., being that you USED to be able to call and/or walk-in with your pet - no appointment required. Without notice and I mean a proper mailed postcard or at least an email, or some boosted social media they changed their policy and are APPOINTMENT ONLY now. It doesn't even list this on their website which is advertised. Sigh. I love Dr. Lyle and Dr. Branin, but I find this to be really poor customer service and basic business etiquette.

THE BEST VET IVE EVER TAKEN MY PETS TO! The doctor got my injured dog in right away even though he had full schedule. He took the time to go over everything with me. My dog is recovering very well thanks to this staff.

Appointment at 4:20 arrived at 4:10 @ 5:20 i gave up along with several other clients. I just had a epidural in my back and due for surgery, after over an hour i was in a lot of pain. I really like this place but felt let down. Not even a call to say sorry about your luck. Not sure where to go now.

they've done me a great service a few years ago with my best friend of 15yrs I wouldn't have said it at the time being one of the worst days of my life but I couldn't have asked for better care than what they did for him and continue to do thnx for everything

I have never had such a great experience with a Doctor before! Dr Lyle is wonderful! He truly cares for your pets has if they were his own. He has personally made update phone calls and check ins on our cat after he was sent home from a somewhat lengthy stay at Crest animal hospital.Dr Petifurd also helped care for my cat and she was also wonderful! She spoke to me when I was very anxious and worried and her bedside manor helped to ease me. I have hit the jackpot in finding such a wonderful place to care for my furkids! All the staff has been welcoming and wonderful to work with. I will never bring my pets to another vet! Thank you Dr Lyle and staff for the wonderful care!

Today 8/10/21 husband and I had to make difficult decision to have our 16 1/2 yr old Shih Tzu Bailey put to sleep due to a brain stem injury she suffered after having fallen off the couch due to a stroke. We told Dr. Lyle that we wanted to thank he & Dr. Breinin for all the excellent care they gave our baby girl over her lifetime. Dr. Lyle and Dr. Breinin and staff at Crest are the best you will find and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Crest has made a devastating situation even more unbearable. Over the weekend we had to put down our dog Stacks. I paid for his ashes and paw print to be returned to me. Only to be told upon pick up that they don’t have his ashes and an error was made with the paperwork. He was group cremated. I won’t be able to bring my baby home. Words can not explain the anger and hurt this has brought me. I understand mistakes happen but this is unacceptable. End of life services should be treated with greater regard. I was told they would issue me a refund. They basically tried to put a price tag on something that was priceless. Disgusting.
