As much as I want to say I would recommend based on the Dr. I can not recommend this place because of staff. Even though I reached out to the Dr via email about a situation that happened and received no reply. I wanted to deal with this matter off social media, but since no reply. I want to express my frustration with this place. My father passed away in April. His dog was well over 15 years old and not doing well and was near the end himself. The family decided the best thing to do was to put him to sleep. We wanted Dr Kolich to do this since he was his Vet. We wanted my fathers pet cremated. When discussing with the staff we asked about a paw print. I stated in the beginning we wanted one and then after the procedure, I asked if we got an ink paw print and the lady informed me it would be terra-cotta. Weeks later I call and ask if the ashes were in (no one called me). I went in to get them, came home and realized there was no paw print. I called and the lady said it was" too late to do anything about it". And she informed me the person who took the information didn't mark that we wanted a paw print. I decided I wanted to reach out to the Dr and vent my frustrations. The email listed on here is incorrect. I reached out to the business by facebook messenger. I sent an email to the email given to me and it's been over a week. My brother was to get my fathers dogs ashes and I was to get the paw print. We had planned on doing special displays for my father and his dog. Now it's a mistake that is not able to be fixed. This is beyond devastating for us.

As usual, we got the best care ever! We've been coming here for over 20 yrs and Dr Kolich is spot on with his diagnoses and treatments.

Extremely rude receptionist. Refuses to answers questions and doesn’t have any knowledge of products carried. I feel sorry for the people who have to interact with her everyday. She has zero respect for the business she represents.

I took my new poodle puppy in on April 2, 2019. Into the Annex. Nobody was at the window for about three-four minutes. Then when she did come it was the absolute coldest greeting, in fact it was not really a greeting it was more a, "what do you want" like she was put out that there was someone in the place. I was looking for a vet, and a groomer, both things advertised on the front of the building. This particular lady could not give a damn at all. However, a friend said her friend did grooming there and was very nice. Well, not that day, I was informed I would have to come back today, Friday the 5th. The cross between Beulah Balbricker and Ratched was clearly put-out by my visit. I was not asking anything special, and I was polite despite her attitude. I'm supposed to be taking my puppy there now, but the more I think about it I don't trust my dog at a place that would put up with that kind of person. 99.9 percent of humans would look at a puppy and smile, not this person, she did not even look/glance at my 8-week old Parti Poodle. Bottom line is that all my instincts are telling me to never leave my dog there because I don't think this person likes dogs, and she is not the doctor. It's a shame because most of the reviews say the doctor dmv is a stand up good person. His staff clearly is unhappy and I just can't trust my new puppy to this stiff, cold, unhappy, and seemingly heartless person. This annex must be a money loser, because there is no happy in that place, I went in the next day too, bringing in my records of first shots, I waited three minutes, nobody came. Then I questioned myself as to why I was going there. I left and decided just to come for the groomer this morning. When my puppy came to the cage door, and I was about to put the leash on her, I felt I would be actually be betraying her dog trust to leave her in the care of the staff at this place, despite the groomer having the endorsement of a friend. I'm upset about this, not angry with the place, but I can't leave my dog there, not alone. I don't trust at least one person on the staff, and that is enough to place my puppy at risk of abuse or rough handling. I may be over-protective but even from a pure business perspective this person greeting is sour.

If you have a young dog and a very active dog don’t got here. They don’t know how to greet someone and will send you a $50 bill just to ask a few questions. I couldn’t understand what the doc was saying. All he did was show us videos of what our other vets would do to fix her ACL. His way was to pretty much put a string around it actually 2 because she’s so young and strong as he laughs. My vet I went to before this place said run away from people like that and we did. Wanted to charge me for a exam when he didn’t even touch my dog once. Never go here they are money hungry. very bad personal care.

Dr. Kolich is the best Vet ever. My dog NEVER saw another Vet, even after we moved 30 miles away. I always trust a dog's instinct, and she was always SUPER excited to see him! The staff were great as well. On one occasion, I had a small fender bender on my way to take my dog for her yearly shots. When I called to let them know I'd be late, one of the receptionists actually asked where I was and came down AND PICKED UP MY DOG!!! So that I could finish dealing with the police, etc. All because they were concerned about the welfare of my baby dog! Just the best staff ever! The morning following the death of my dog, I went to the office as early as possible. While I was standing at the front desk, Dr. Kolich walked in and looked at me and instantly said, "Is it Hunny?" He knew her by name. And then because I was so grief stricken, he went to the car and carried her in for me. It just all meant so much to me. I can never express my gratitude enough. Thank you all!
