Wonderfull great with my dog and very caring. The girls out front are very helpful and helpfull with answers when I call. So very happy taking Sophie there and she likes it too.

Very friendly and they explain everything about tests and procedures. I'm glad to have found a place that makes our fur baby feel comfortable.

We LOVE Brisbane vet. They take care of all our cats. They are reasonably priced and are shockingly kind and generous. They truly care about the well-being of your pet. We’ve been coming for years and my only regret is not taking my animals here even sooner. I have NO complaints. They are knowledgeable and explain things well. I’ve had to put one cat down and they were so kind and understanding while guiding us through that process. We adopted a kitten from them and financially we felt we got a great deal but even better, they truly love and remember her. When I am worried about something they let me take my cats in “just in case” and most of the time don’t even charge unless there is something that needs fixing or a lab needs to be run. They go above and beyond in every way.

I've called places all over the city trying to find someone who would take care of our rabbit's nails. They were professional and were pretty open with scheduling something so little. . then with the nails being freshly trimmed she snagged on to a blanket and ripped it and they handled it quickly, got us in and out. They are very polite and knowledgeable .Will be going back when needed!

If there was an option for higher stars on this I would give them 10! I can’t express enough how amazing Dr. Brisbane and his entire staff is. I’ve never met a more compassionate, caring, and reliable equine vet. He treats my horses like his own. He truly cares about them......They aren’t just another horse. The last 2 months he’s seen my horses time and time again and I will forever use him with my vet care. I am so glad I found Dr. Brisbane. The staff is incredible, they go above and beyond to make sure your experience rather a loss or just a visit to grab more meds for your horses a great one. I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the girls who helped me with the loss of my horse today because they touched my heart in their compassion and care more than they know. If you have a choice in who you chose to come to the farm for your horses....I encourage you very strongly to call them.

This is honestly the best vet EVER. My pitbull has been going here for many years.. he turns 13 soon, they are caring.. intelligent and honestly really get to know your animal on a personal basis. I am so grateful they are in smithville.

Couldn't ask for a better place to take our lab. She had allergies and is constantly being seen for ear infection. I tell them its all of a sudden and I don't have much money and they work with me. Plus they are very friendly to me and my dog Cali.

The vet was very descriptive and made sure I understood my Yorkie's illness completely. They are very compassionate. I will continue to use them.

My dog had an injury on his back in between his shoulders. The original injury wasn't that bad, but he kept scratching at it causing it to go from a quarter size to about 7" long. I tried to get him in to a couple of different veterinarians but both were full for the day. So I call Brisbane veterinary services, they said to bring him on up and they would work him in. They only had him for a couple of hours and called me saying he was ready to go. I am very thankful and pleased that they were able to take care of my dog so quickly without an appointment. He has a little bit of recovery ahead of him but I think he will make it with ease. Thank you Brisbane Veterinary Services.
