All the staff were wonderful. They got me in today even though they were pretty booked. Dr. Ebert is always fantastic with my wiggly Ginger and has lots of patience with her.

I wouldnt say i liked it because we were putting my dog down but it was really kind and peacful they werent just all business they actually checked into her background and stuff it was really good there other than the dog being put down

My dog Max went in for a dental appointment! They talked me through everything that was going to happen during his procedure. My dog has anxiety and they did an great job at making the environment as relaxing as possible! Dr. Ebert called me with an update while he was recovering. They sent me home with thorough instructions and everything he needed to heal plus a few extra treats when he’s able to eat them! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. The staff at Flint Hills are amazing and helpful. Only Vet in have ever been to that treats my dogs and myself as family.

Since we move constantly it can be stressful finding a new vet at every location. I’ve gone to a few in town until we found Flint Hills vet and now there’s no need to look anywhere else. They explain everything going on with my dog to me and they treat her like a little princess. You can tell that they got into this profession because of their love for animals. I found a spot on my dog and took her in without an appointment & they explained it to me and didn’t even charge because they were just happy to see her.

They were absolutely amazing with my dog, they even helped me when i had questions about getting him certified and played with him for quite sometime in the room before they took him back. They made sure they explained everything they were doing to him during his surgery. Just amazing I will always take him there from now on.

Won't let you get your prescriptions any other place. When i asked to do it they got very unprofessional & defensive. Also was going to make me bring my pet in for more checkups $$ more often because I wanted to save money by getting the prescription some place eles.

My family has personally been using this Vet for years now. We've never had any issues whatsoever. Each time I've taken my animals in, I've always felt listened to. Also, anytime I've had questions I've felt they have really taken the time to answer them and give additional information if I still didn't understand. All of the staff members I've ever talked to or been assisted by has been wonderful. They each seemed so helpful and took the time to give me suddgestions with whatever I was there for.. I also want to point out, I've never felt pressured into getting anything unnecessary for my animals. Most recently, we had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Grevers. I was very fond of her. I felt she really took the time to assess each individual reason I was there for our new puppy. He had a lot going on and she made sure to address each thing. Overall I've always been very pleased with this vet and believe they are doing a phenomenal job.

Just brought in both of my dogs. One in the am, to get spayed, and the other in the pm for a rabies vaccine. The Dr in the am seemed rushed to give her spiel and didn't let me say much, but they seemed really busy and she was still very nice. Also they took wonderful care of my dog who got spayed! Then one of the techs in the pm, who helped handle my dog getting his rabbies vaccine, seemed very unsure of everything. It could have been because he was new at this or because my dog is quite big and strong. Either way he was still nice and the tech who actually gave him his shot was wonderful! Overall they seemed really great and we would definitely go back. I do wish they had bigger patient rooms... however I am very much so a "work with what you got" kinda person.

absolutely awful. I started going to them in may because my husband and i were PCSing overseas. it was like pulling teeth trying to get information on what my pets needed before we left. every time i was there i asked if there was anything else that they needed to have done before we left and they looked me n the eye and said no. then i would get an email about things that had to be done the very next day. 3 days before we were suppose to leave they told me my boys needed a blood test and talked down to me like i was 3 years old. i dont appreciate the fact that i had to go to 4 different places to figure out what my boys needed done. i finally got everything done and i am furious on how long it took and why i was sent in circles like a chicken with my head cut off. wish i could give them no stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! absolutely. awful!!

I love this clinic. They are always kind and treat my pets so well. I haven't needed to board my dogs but if I did I wouldn't worry one bit with this clinic and I'm very picky about who my dogs stay with.

The service was always great. If its your pets time to cross the rainbow bridge they have the most intimate external room that gives you maximum privacy and they provide you with as much time as needed to spend those last moments with your pet. I’ve never had a bad experience with this vet.

They always listen to my concerns and address everything I ask about. There is an emergency line with a vet who is responsive and who genuinely cares. They have been seeing my dog since he was 8weeks old, and they know him.

Really like talking my dog Jake to the vet everyone is so nice and informative and I feel like he’s getting the best treatment possible. Great place

Quality of services has drastically declined. Front desk staff were extremely rude. Front desk staff forget to relay information to the doctor or groomer. Unreliable and poor customer service. Won't be returning!

They went out of their way to help my Dog who was suffering and infected wound. So grateful

I was impressed with the all around visit. They squeezed my dog in for an emergency visit. They were calming and informative.

They took good care of my dog when I had to do a emergency vet visit. They are so kind and always welcome to help others and their animals.

We take two cats and a dog. The service is EXCELLENT. They never rush you out and answer every question you may have. They also offer terrific cleaning and nail trimming services. This is also a Hills pet food carrier. Great, great place to take your pets.

First time going there. My cat was so nervous she peed herself in the carrier. They were so helpful. They helped me clean her up, and cleaned up the carrier. They checked everything I was concerned about. They showed me how to apply her medicines and how to properly burrito her. So far I like them and will be going back for my vet needs.

Very unprofessional. Nurses were talkin bad about the puppy we helping take care of and didn't think we could hear them. Rude. Do not reccomend

Our puppy got into rat poison on a Sunday evening and the vet met us at the clinic and cared for her. We are new to the area and weren’t even their clients…we are now!

Best experience I’ve ever had. They tell you what your dog or cat needs. If you need more information they will let you know if you have any questions they will answer it.
