If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

It was a very good visit. I cannot think of anything that would need to improve.

The staff at Jackson County Animal Hospital is amazing. You can tell they truly love what they do and their interaction with my pets are very sweet and comforting!!

I want to give the staff and vet that took care of my Whoopie,we took him to them because he had this break out on his leg.they told us it was cancer a very aggressive cancer.needless to say I was a basket case all I could do was fall apart.within a week the cancer ate from the inside out and I couldn't deal with the thought of my baby suffering..on New years eve day he was put to sleep they were so passionate and caring and gentle with him.while my boyfriend waited outside for them to bring him out so he could be buried.they went above and beyond they wrapped him securely and also when they brought him out they also brought out a beautiful poem with his paw ????.. I can never thank them enough for all the compassion center and caring they showed that day... I just want them to know I will always think that they were my earth Angel's and God Bless you all there and thank you again..

Receptionist was rude, won't be going back.

This is bar far the worst experience I’ve ever seen with a business. Granted it was just one employee and I can’t say anything about the others, but what is that saying on how they train the employees. This was all said in front of our son while our dog was having a bad Seizure. They will be hearing from me in the morning!!!!! Very unprofessional………

Awesome staff. This was the first visit with my dog and it went great. They were gentle and very affordable.

Won’t be back. The girls that answer phone are very rude and uncaring. I called with urgent need to get my very sick dog in and she told me they are no time that day and to take him somewhere else. I certainly did and will not be back.

This clinic has a special feeling with the animals. Our dog has never been so relaxed with a vet. The entire staff were kind and moved animals and their humans through very well. VERY IMPRESSED! (Costs were very reasonable too)

I never got a call back after leaving a message about surrendering a cat that had just been adopted. They are full and behind on services

Always pleasant staff who really love animals, doctors are thorough and provide safe individual care plan for your pet(s).

Great with sick cat. Vet thorough and courteous. Reasonably priced. I arrived early for appointment and cat was seen immediately. Their calm.demeanor put cat at ease too. First time he didn't try to escape and claw everyone.

Since new ownership, the hometown feel, caring and concern has diminished. It is all about the money and not the customer. Will probably not go back.

We took our 2 lovelies for their yearly. They were ready for us and it was fast and great. Love this place.

I take my personal animal to Jackson county and they take care of her as if she is one of their own animals

And i would NEVER take my pet's health care anywhere else I absolutely treasure the awesome staff, the care & concern, the acknowledgment that my pets are family and that they are always treated in that way. I even liked the new Dr. Tad!! I Love & appreciate all you do for my fur babies! Always kind & caring! Continuously friendly service each & Everytime! Thanks Bunches!!

This was a place my mom told me about so I went there with my new dog. The staff is friendly and the vets are very good. My only complaint is that the prices keep going up. Other than that, its a very good vet office.

I absolutely love this vet I don't go anywhere else but here I would highly recommend to anyone

Jackson County Animal Hospital contacted me, via email, regarding scheduling an appointment for required vaccinations for the dog we adopted from the Independence Animal Services. They recommended that we add PetDesk app to schedule appointments and easy access to our dog's information. I received daily electronic reminders of the scheduled appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. The examination room table lowered to the floor and doubles as a scale, so no lifting up onto the table was required (appreciated for our 63 pound dog). Final charges were VERY reasonable. Didn't even have to pay an office visit charge. Invoice for lab work and each vaccine was listed. New rabies tag, too. We have boarded with Jackson County Animal Hospital previously. Will continue to take our fur baby there for her medical care.

Very helpful. My friends furbaby passed and the hospital is taking care of the interment. Very nice personel.
