I was referred by a friend Heidi and her Boxer Leah. My Min-pin chihuahua mix little dog had leaped out the car upon arriving to the dog park and split his nail clear to the flesh...and was still hanging on..but causing my boy some discomfort. Dr. Kevin. Took care of my baby and he just as new. Thank you Dr Kevin and your helpful staff too. ????✌????????????

I just bought a Frenchie and my daughter recommended this Veterinary Hospital. They were great. From check in with the receptionist to a thorough exam by Dr. Harasha. Maybel is a new client here. The whole staff, that we met were absolutely spectacular.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Very glad this is so close to home!

So far after 8 years with them .. no complaints.

Only place I could find to take my daughter's snake when he needed stitches. They brought him back to health and hes doing great.

I would give zero stars if I could. Set up an appointment to have my cat spayed by this vet because my regular vet was booked out too far and I wanted her fixed before her first heat. Big mistake. I was quoted one price when I set her up. Then when my dad dropped her off for me this morning he told them our she was up to date on shots and our regular vet could confirm if needed. They called our vet and they confirmed her vaccinations but Crysler gave them to her anyway and added it to my bill. They also did a pampered pet package I didn't ask for for another $95 and a flea and tick treatment I didn't ask for for another unexpected charge. All I wanted was a spay. The original quoted price was already the highest around but I needed it done. Once all unsolicited extras were added to my bill they were charging me $475 TO SPAY A CAT! I called 3 other area vets to compare costs and requirements and Crysler was double and triple the cost. They tried to tell me all of this was explained to my dad and he authorized it all when he dropped her off which wasn't true. He called as well to confirm this. They lie, upcharge, and price gouge. I would never recommend this place. Edited to respond to Cryslers reply: I do not want to contact you. Me and my dad had to make several calls that day to get the charges changed. My vet DID send you her UP TO DATE shot records so that's a lie. The only thing she didn't have was rabies which I didn't want or consent to. You took one vaccine off and took the unsolicited flea and tick treatment off. Still charged me $95 for the pampered pet BS I didn't want. From reading reviews I can see I'm not the only one who's been a victim of your price gouging and unwanted upcharges.

Great doctor's! The staff is always helpful and accommodating.

Dr. Harsha and his assistant are absolutely amazing and patient and understanding. The ladies behind the desk are absolutely wonderful as well. They may cost a tad more than other vets but it's totally worth it! I tried 2 other vets because they were cheaper and I felt like another $$ and they made me feel stupid. At crysler I feel like a member of the family and my dogs do as well.

$200 for my pups first set of vaccinations before she's 6 months old seems to be quite high compared to all of the other places I've been or called kind of ridiculous honestly

1st off Dr. Kevin E. Harsha (DMV) is awesome, I like him a lot and have NO reason to ever think about going Anywhere but to him. I first came to Crystler Animal Hospital because my 5 lb OLD Chihuahua Joe El got hit in the face by an SUV then stood up and got hit in the mouth ( just the mouth/nose) by a car. I rushed him to the hospital and Dr. Harsha saved him and it Was Not expensive. Dr. Harsha has performed surgery on my huge American Bully and Shadow looks and did great. I've been to several places but I don't need to look anymore This is my Vet and I'm so happy it is.

The staff is always very friendly! The vets are great! Dr. Schweizer is hands down the best! He's been my vet for almost 20 years.

I called because my parrot was very sick this morning (and with parrots, showing any signs of illness can be very severe and life-threatening) and the doctor refused to let me come in because they aren't taking new patients. This was after I told them I'd called two other vets and both were booked full, but they did not seem to care that it was an emergency and my bird could die without care. Kansas City Animal Hospital had a much more compassionate response and allowed me to bring my bird in. I recommend going there instead.

I took my dog there on a Saturday I had in apt My dog was very sick and vomiting the doctor say all we can do is get a parvo test and go from there 100$ dollar later they send me home and told me if your dog doesn't get better take it to veterinary health cc enter north kc so the next day I took my dog there and they say it Will be 750$ for testing only i say ok go a head one he later they say is best if you put you dog down his dying before our eyes do i didn't have a hole lot option because they say he was suffering if the doctor from this place would have looked more in to it i wouldn't have to put down my dog my kids and wife are and a lot pain and so as my self Thank chrysler animal hospital for been and such a hurry to go home tether then helping my poopy

They groom my Green Cheek Conure regularly and they are great!

They are all about the money and not much else in my experience. I've been taking both my dogs to them for years. Thxe other day I brought in my frenchie who was in alot of pain caused by a back injury begging them to help her. I thought they would gladly refill her pain medicine at least but the vet wouldn't never even came in and looked at her or anything . The nurse said my only option was $3500 surgery or put her down. I found a vet in desoto that treated her with accupuntcture total bill was $130 and the results were immedi. She went from not being able to move her back legs to walking again and her pain was much more manageable for her. If I took advice of chrysler animal hospital I'd be burying my dog and never would have known there are other options that are affordable.

The best. Everyone there is kind and considerate. I'll never go anyplace else.
