Best! However , sadly the most expensive? Should be equal to all the other Goodwills! Thanks!

This store usually has some good stuff but prices are high on furniture. The only reason I've given them a low score is because of 2 things: 1. The wax, or floor cleaner they use, is horrific and the fumes choke my breath away and 2. the deodorizer spritzers they have in the store are to much. Those deodorizers and floor wax contain chemicals that cause cancer. So the whole time you're shopping you're breathing in toxic chemicals that will eventually lead to lung cancer and other issues. They need a fresh air ventilation system to ensure the employees and customers are breathing fresh air. Open the doors, do something!

We paid 5 dollars for a discount card when we moved here 2.5months ago and was told it was good for 1year. Went in today to be told it was expired and they couldn't do anything about it; that whoever sold it to us told us wrong and how weird it was that they did. They don't care about customer satisfaction. No apology just asked if we wanted to buy a new one (not even at a discount) um NO! Yeah I'm only saving what $.80 a transaction and I only go once a month if that so I shouldn't complain but I paid for a service and was lied to. If I was told the truth I would have waited to purchase one in August. Greedy.

The store is your basic GoodWill, nothing outstanding, nothing horrible. The selection and staff are pretty standard GoodWill fare. Unfortunately, the prices are what seem to cause this location to stand out. In a bad way. The folks operating this location seem to forget that all this stuff is 1. used, and 2. donated when they start wielding the pricetag printer.

I like going in this location. They are clean and kind of organized and have a huge selection. My only complaint its their high prices. They have name brand clothing for way higher than any other goodwill. I know they get these clothes for free, so how can they charge $29.99 for a pair of name brand jeans. Thats ridiculous. Any other goodwill I go to charges $3.99 no matter what brand of jeans they are. I dont appreciate getting taken advantage of. They should never charge people that much especially since this is a "thrift" store.

We visited the store today in an attempt to purchase a "vest". The very rude clerk tried to tell us it was a coat - snaps up the middle without sleeves. The twice as rude manager said coats don't have sleeves. Not sure where those two come from, but "coats" have sleeves and "vests" don't. Rude management and rude employees need to stay home and Google the differences between coats and vests - just saying...

Like the new registers, busy place today. New one like Tulsa Oklahoma has. Need to see pictures of people and things Goodwill do for others. Posters are cheap. Especially when you get this stuff for free.

Large selection but outrageous prices, they wanted $125 for a plastic guitar and $300 for a broken one, don't they get this stuff for free

Great place. I was impressed with how clean the place was. And how the shelves were packed. I've noticed the more then one store had very little out They seem to want to hold on to their merchandise. But if you look in their storehouse it's crammed full. What gives. I would be willing to go back to their store in Andover because if their great staff and loads of great stuff.

I do not understand why they ask if you want to round up and donate while you are checking out when they have stores that my son who is in a wheel chair can not get into the bathrooms. They are not handicapped accessible. Emporia Ks is one of them. It looks like a old closet turned into a bathroom. If he gets his wheelchair in he can not shut the door and there are no bars on the walls to pull himself up. Where does the money really go?

This goodwill has lots of really nice finds.. It is not organized well so if you enjoy the hunt..this is your store. The prices are typical of thrift stores nationwide...rising prices.. Sometimes the prices are way to high like they price compare to retail... But you can usually find quality, clean clothes for a good deal with the right amount of time.
