Countryside Pet Clinic & Resort Andover, Kansas

Took our pup here for a comprehensive grooming for the second time and we are sure we wont have to ever take her anywhere else moving forward!

Doggy Daycare at Countryside is awesome! The attendants are so caring and my dog loves going! They send me pictures sometimes and I get to see what he's doing and I get to see how much fun he's having. The grooming services are also great and it's so convenient that my dog can do both in the same day.

Went in for our new puppy Hank’s first appointment. Dr. O’Brien and her assistant Tori were very knowledgeable and friendly. We are glad we found a place we can trust with all of Hank’s needs.

Every trip to Countryside Pet Clinic and Resort is a positive experience! We are moving all aspects of our pets care to them. They are like a family rather than a business, they are friendly and professional. We absolutely love them! Both of our pups see Dr Kathleen, she is wonderful with them and helps us to understand all the new things we encounter while caring for our girls! We are so thankful to have found such an amazing practice, that meets all of our needs so close to our home!

This was my first time visiting Countryside but I’m so glad we did. They were all (reception, techs, doctor) incredibly friendly, kind, & knowledgeable about my pet’s condition. The doctor also took the time to print out an article on the condition & highlight the important things to know. We will be coming here from now on!

Countryside Pet Resort is my dog's favorite place to be. When I ask if he wants to go to "doggie daycare" he starts jumping around and when we get there he is out of control walking in the door. SO EXCITED to see his friends. The staff is so great and they are always the best about calling if anything comes up. 100% recommend this place!

My puppy wasn't even scared. The doctors were so good that my puppy loved them even after she got a shot. The puppy didn't even notice the shot. And they have something called a puppy plan which is the best thing ever. So happy I chose this over the one closer to me. And everybody was extremely nice and talkative. And they had no hidden fees they told me everything that I can to for my little puppy. They weren't trying to sell me something like most pet places they just cared about my puppy. So great, take you pet here if you care about it.

Love getting the pictures sent to us by email of our pups at play! We always look forward to those every day of doggy daycare! ????❤️ With the Clinic in the same facility, we know we can get expert medical care for our dogs if needed, too. That’s peace of mind.

I took our pup to doggy daycare for the first time the other day and I was so excited, when throughout the day, I’d get texts and pictures of her and how she was doing. I call that going above and beyond. The place was clean and drop off and pick up were a breeze.

We had a somewhat of an emergency situation with our hamster and I am so glad they were able to quickly accommodate us the day I called. The staff was very nice and I am very thankful for the work the doctor did for our pet.

We are very happy with the care we get for our GSP Stormy at Countryside. They have been very responsive to our needs and she is happy to come to the clinic.

Everyone is super nice and professional! The doctors explain everything beautifully and make sure you understand what's going on. The front desk and techs are very nice and really care about our fur babies!

They were great treating my cat after a coyote attacked him. They were so nice and easy to talk to.

I was floored by how great this clinic is. With how hard it can be to find veterinarians that are accepting new clients right now, it was a massive relief for me to be able to make an appointment for three of my pets without much of a wait. All staff members I came into contact with were not only professional, but very pleasant; they made all of us feel comfortable and our first check in was a breeze. Dr. Sherry was exceptionally knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions regarding my pets' care, diet, and medications. Her service was above and beyond that of vets I've worked with previously. She was happy to offer advice on enrichment and nutritious diets for my dog and cat that wouldn't break my budget. I was also happy with how considerate she was with my bird, offering multiple options for safe restraint for a vaccination in order to meet the bird's comfort level and mine. That is not easy to find! The icing on the cake? My bill was lower than expected. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Experienced exotics vet, hard to find in the Midwest. My leopard gecko and I had an amazing first trip, we learned a lot and we will definitely be back for wellness checks!!!

Countryside takes amazing care of my dog and puts my mind at ease. Their flexibility and responsiveness are exceptional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our miniature Schnauzer is being trained by Tiffany. I really like that his sessions are one on one so he gets all of the attention he needs. At the beginning Charlie was nervous and didn't want to go in. Now, he races towards the door and when I return he ignores me because he was told to stay. For Charlie, that's remarkable!.

They take very good care of my dogs!

Took my Bulldog to be seen by Dr Ibrahim. She told me that my dog probably had a yeast or bacterial infection and then offered me an OTC steroid for treatment. If the problem was indeed a yeast or bacteria a steroid would have made it much worse. Also she was palpating my dogs abdomen as part of an examine and declared she was fat. Fair enough, she could have been fat. It turned out the abdominal distension was actually ascites due to congestive heart failure, which another vet caught. Thankfully she was able to get the treatment she needs at another vet. I don’t know if Dr Ibrahim is uncaring or incompetent but she should not be practicing.
