The doctor is great as well as the staff. Very informative and polite. The doctor suggested the appointed test that could be performed and she was right on. She suggested the food that they sell there for my cat and it is actually working. She is not coughing or sneezing as much as she was before. Actually now about 2 weeks later she hardly does either one. I am so glad I followed my instinct and brought her here after reading the other reviews. The checkout process of paying on my bill could have went a little quicker. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place. I will continue to take my baby girl here.

not only did i get no help or answers for my sick cat for MONTHS but i was put in debt from how much they charge for services, food and medicine. The ONE vet that works there is very ditzy and doesn't really seem to know what she is doing, with a rude staff.Go here if you want to be scammed

So far we enjoy Dr. Julie and the ladies at the clinic! They’re kind, take the time to answer questions, and provide a good selection of cat food and cat supplies in their office. We’ve never feel uneasy when our cat has to spend the night and know they’re being taken good care of. Dr Julie responds to emergency calls promptly in a calm manner.

Julie is very kind and loves our kitties like her own.

We have taken our kitty here for many years, and they have always been kind, thorough, and prompt. When we first started taking her, she had symptoms of thyroid disease, and a different vet was ignoring the problem. But Julie and her staff have been wonderful at helping her while respecting our wishes for a limit to what we do for her. I highly recommend them.

A great place to take a cat. Dr. Kramer is a very knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian who works exclusively with cats. I would highly recommend this place for cat families.

Awesome! Dr. Kramer, Shauna, Emily, Amy, and Amanda are ne plus ultra - better than the best - in ALL that they do at the Clinic. From boarding to grooming to cleaning MoMo's ears to greeting and handling him with love and affection to healthcare to advice that ensures that MoMo is healthy and happy: THEY DO IT ALL, and more, very well. MoMo is a very happy patient.

Have treated our cats well for years. The doctor was very compassionate when we had to put our 16 year old cat down as well. Will continue to bring my fur babies here :)

I would definitely get a written estimate for any work needed and compare that to other veterinarians in the area . . . your wallet will thank you. Likes to peddle cat food that can be bought for less elsewhere.

Did not respond to my last concern with my cat.

Was told to switch my overweight cat to a diet food they sell at the clinic without slowly introducing this new food. Said it wouldn’t cause any issues. Cat lost 5 pounds in 30 days and now has Hepatic Lipidosis. My other cat was put on a lifetime medication for a slightly elevated thyroid without discussing options. Two second opinions told me that her levels were slightly elevated but still in the normal range and she was not showing any other symptoms. Both recommended monitoring and rechecking at next visit over jumping to a lifetime medication. Was also told that this same cat had horrible teeth, and “that will happen when you miss annual exams.” That same cat just had a dental today and another vet said she was definitely on her way to needing one, but wasn’t bad. Spent almost $400 at this visit and they still tried pushing a cat bowl that was over $100 at the end of the visit. Not sure what kind of clients they have but I’m pretty sure working class/middle class families aren’t it. Left this clinic feeling like I was the worst pet parent on the face of the Earth. I love my cats, but life gets busy and sometimes things get missed. Hopefully my sick kitty recovers quickly. :(

The women who look after my fur kid are very nice. I like that they offer boarding for my cat, if I have to be out of town for a few days. Different selections for boarding with different prices. I prefer the suite, when we are gone multiple days. Tuxedo is happy and well groomed when I go to pick him up. I'd recommend this place to any cat parent.

Wonderful atmosphere and great staff!!

This is the worst veternarian clinic I have ever been to. So overpriced and told us wrong information. One of the vets was so pushy and rude from start to finish. She did procedures on my cat and didn't ask for my permission and turned out to be more then half of the cost. BE AWARE!!! Also, when we were finished she told me that my cat was to skinny, so she offered me a new diet. The food there was two times the price, and then turned out to make my cat super fat.

Excellent care for my cats and very affordable. As long as I have cats I'll continue taking them here.

I have been taking my kitties to see Dr. Julie Broshar for over 6 years, maybe longer, I've lost track! Dr. Julie and the nurses there are all cat lovers and owners and they really make efforts to know you and your cat. When Oliver, my 19-year-old cat passed due to kidney failure, Julie did everything she could to save him and then to make sure he was comfortable. When it was time to make the hard decision, Julie called me from on the road as I think it was the same day that she was leaving for vacation. She wasn't there, but assured me that Amanda, who was there in her absence would take good care of us. Amanda had me come on a Saturday after the vet clinic was closed so that I could truly be alone and not feel rushed or embarrassed. That meant a lot to me. They did a wonderful job ensuring a beautiful cremation package through the pet cremation/funeral home in town. They even sent me a handwritten condolences card signed by all of them a few days later with a picture of a cat laying in the sun that looked just like my Oliver. I still have it. I like that I can take my cats to a cat-only vet and all the girls are so nice when I call everyday when one of my cats is hospitalized. They are also great at sending out reminders for when its time for shots and checkups, and they call with a confirmation reminder a day before your appointment. Julie has made house calls to see Cleo for yearly checkups as Cleo has meltdowns at the vet office. Its a little extra, but worth it and I'm glad that she provides this option. Best of all, if you need to board your animals, they have lush kitty suites and cameras in each one including the main kennel area, and you can actually check in on your cats online when you're away or when they are hospitalized! They also accept CareCredit! With this, I will always be able to afford to get my cats the best care possible! I recommend this place to all cat owners who want exceptional, personalized care!
