This place acts like your dog's life is a hassle to them. Absolutely disgusting how little they care about the animals they work with. This should be the last place you ever take pet.

I worried about Stewie and his issues. O was even more worried about going to the vet and not having much money. Pleasantly surprised with the vet that treats you like a human and your furry friend.

They won’t take responsibility and completely messed up the surgery my cat has never acted like this and it’s so depressing it’s like they killed him and sent me back with some bull one

My cat was sick, I was out of town. My daughter took him to one vet and they wanted us to spend $1200 to run blood work. Which would be in addition to the 100 to walk in their door. I love him but it would be impossible to pay that much. I rushed home to take him to vet and found Value Vet a week ago. The doctor there noticed his ears right away, tested them,cleaned them gave him meds, gave him something for parasites because I thought he got into my aquarium. That cost 110 and he is fine now. All due to ear infection. They were very great with him and me. I have been telling everyone about him since.

Fixed both my bunnies and one is under 2 pounds, both the male and female came out great, I completely trust this vet!

The doctor and office staff were very patient with my German Shepherd who suffers with anxiety. It's always a concern taking her to the vet bc she's very anxious around strangers. Dr. Liz was very good with her.

Best vet visit ever. Was seen in a timely manner, and the workers we so nice and caring to us and our pet.

This place always treats my dogs with great care and is so much less expensive than a traditional vet. They were also very caring and have a really nice room with a couch for that moment when you have to put your beloved down. They even made that most difficult moment a sweet memory for my family.

I brought my 18 year old cat in to have her nails trimmed, and was taken aback by the rudeness of the woman at the front desk. My simple questions were met with a horrible attitude, so bad that I decided to leave. She has no business dealing with the public.

Got in right away. Staff very friendly and professional. Will definately go back.

The vet technicians and staff showed great hospitality and care for our beloved dog. I would recommend them if you're wanting a vet to see your pet sooner rather than later.

This was my first visit and Dr. Jay was awesome with my Jack Russell! One of the behind the desk workers held onto Bailey for me, as I filled out papers. Bailey barks and lunges at each dog as they come through the door. This behavior makes makes it difficult to write.

Highly recommend this vet office! They are very helpful and do not try to up sell unnecessary services.

The staff was amazing. They helped my dog Shiloh be comfortable. He really liked it there. I will take him there.

Service is awesome, prices are very fair (was expecting prices to be higher since they are located in johnston) and they are very quick and are taking good precautions for covid (waiting in the car and fair distances in waiting room).

Used to be a nice vet to go see but seems the all mighty dollar is now more important to them. Was told on the phone blood work cost $80 yet I was charged $120. This all started because my dog was having seizures one day and they refused to refill his meds and insisted on me bringing him in for a dur wellness and shots knowing that place stressed him out so it only made things harder and caused for seizures. Not impressed with rude front desk people and same goes for the techs. Yes my dog is aggressive but them being so rough with him only made things worse and he came home in extreme pain too. I will find a new vet now. Not wasting time with them. My dog deserves better.

Had Dr Liz. Very knowledgeable & good advice about a dog with seizures. Busy but moves fast due to multiple vets. Place is clean. Friendly staff. Prices great for this area

The office was clean. We got in quickly, and we were able to go in with our pet. The vet we saw was knowledgeable. They were also considerate of our finances. Will definitely go back and recommend them to others!

Dr. Jay helped put my mind at ease and set up a great solution with meds to get my pup back on a healthy track. Caring and thorough. Answered all my questions! Very reasonable visit and not too terribly long of a wait for walk-in services. Will return!
