They care about our family..irene and Jake. They understand their moods and some of their one dog likes only women around him one dog like only guys. They explain stuff to me take their time. Always call back. Makes me feel.comfortable especially jake and Irene. And they try to give us the best deal. Only dislike is that I wish they had payment plans. I think ever dog doctors office should have a payment plan set up for people that are not rich.

Dr. Knoebel and the entire staff here are phenomenal. If you want to bring your pet to a place that loves animals and truly cares about you & your pet, come here to MacRae. You wont regret it.

Didn't have to wait long to see the vet he he was polite showed us how the medicine needed to be applied answered all of our questions but definitely would recommend McRae Park animal clinic to everyone

The Receptionist Nicole is very rude and unprofessional every time I go in. She gets your pets confused with other pets. They are very expensive, providing more care to your debit card than your furbabies. Not recommended.

They are the nicest people and everyone is great with my dog!

The vet was very concerned about the health of my dog when he ate out of the trash and got stuff lodged in his throat. He was also concerned about the cost. He took the steps he needed to, without the expensive of many test that were not needed. I stopped by and called 3 times in one day because I was anxious. The staff treated me with concern and kindness even though they were extremely busy. The Vet called me personally to go over my concerns. He explained everything in detail and told me to call back with any questions.

My cat was so sick and when I called for an appointment they worked me in even though their schedule was full. Everyone was thoughtful, kind and friendly. I am so appreciative!

I brought my best friend in because he couldn't go to the bathroom and wasn't eating. Blocked bladder. My beautiful cat had to be put to sleep. The vet was so cold and treated this as a transaction. I Was hysterically sobbing... no warmth, no comfort, just mechanical... transactional energy.

MacRae is a one stop shop for me and Petey. The Vets are compassionate and always show real concern for any issues we have. The wait is never long and the girls at the desk are always friendly. They always send me notices when shots are due. I also take Petey to the groomer who always does a good job. I'm happy with Mac Rae and trust my Petey with them.

Actually stood in the room with me talked to me about my dog. I used to go to A-Ford-A-Care, but I'm going to Mac Rae from now on with all my dogs.

They are so nice every time. Tdr.k.is awesome truely understands our fur babaies. Prices not.bad at all. Over a decade being with them is so awesome. I would.not trust no body else but.mccrae vet. I love their warm welcomes being kind to our fMily.anf fur baabies understanding and listening to our questions and answeeing them fast and explains everything will.not charge you unless thwy ask what u really can do at visit. I highly sighest you trust them. It is like our other home.

Great folks. They will take great care of your pets. Maybe its just ME but they killed my dog put rabies vaccination in his front paw. During covid i called and asked wht my dog could no longer walk she laughed and said maybe its hos back. Had to put him down the following day. Unless its for a rabies vaccination then they will die.

Mac Rae Park Animal Hospital is super responsive and reliable. My 5 month old puppy has been a patient for a couple months now and he's made several visits so far. The staff and doctors are super friendly and care very much for the animals. They are very helpful with any questions I have and are fast to answer them. Furthermore, they are very reasonably priced and were able to give my pup a few extra needed treatments for no cost at all. I am so grateful to have such a reliable veterinarian in my area and feel fully comfortable having my sweet puppy go to Mac Rae Animal Hospital!
