Dr Ross has been a wonderful veteran we've been with her for several years they took great care of Haley they also have a great staff thanks to all of you.

They hide behind smiles and dont seem to care at all about animals. They just want to take your money and not properly care for your pet. Go somewhere that really cares about the health of your animals. These people neglect killed my pets and I cant stress enough to take them elsewhere.

Dr. Ross has saved my dogs life twice now!!! anyone that say anything neg. about her, I think is very wrong.!! This lady does care for every animal that comes through her doors!!!!..even if it is a frog..My family and me will never go any were else,, because of her love for all pets!!!You give her a chance she will always do the best she can.I want to say that my dog was in very bad shape and she called her whole staff in on father's day ,,, this is how much she cares for her clients and there animals.. The assistants at the front desk were courteous and friendly. Dr. Kula was excellent as well. My dog was having serious issues and they worked us in within an hour, and did a great job fixing her. Molly is as happy as ever and so am I.

The worst experience in terms of pet care and human communication. The staff is rude and gruff. The doctor has no idea what she's doing

Disgusting staff, the place is a huge scam. Head to the Monticello vet clinic where your pet's needs will be taken care of. Will be continually downvoting this place as much as possible. Staff = 0 and Doctor = 0. Honestly surprised the doctor still has a license.

The staff is friendly and the clinic is very clean. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I would recommend that if you know that you animal has allergies to specific medications that you need to be very forward about that and up front about it. They will listen and advise you of what to do.

Dr. Ross and staff are great. They treat our animals like we think of them, as family.

I stopped taking my cats here when they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my cats ears.I got a second opinion elsewhere turns out he has an ear infection for 2 months now!! Never again!!

Terrible place! Waste of time and money. Better use of your time is to schedule an appointment with a professional because all they will do is take your money and then refer you to someone else that will take your money! Very disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars!
