Very disappointed. They prescribed the wrong dosage/frequency of medicine and there was no improvement. They did not return multiple messages over several days. Had to go to another vet.

Great,caring staff. They've taken good care of my pets for over 10 years. They've even been as kind as to send sympathy cards after my pets have passed away. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for vet services.

They are very careful to put Sophie at ease. She is never nervous going for check-ups.

From the moment we walked in, every one at Heartland Animal Hospital loved on the dog so much. We could see they were Animal lovers, this was reassuring and we are so glad we picked Heartland to be Pixie's care givers.

They were rough with my little dogs. They took a long time to do the exam, keeping my terrified dogs waiting. They were not friendly at all.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. They opened my cat up for surgery, then claimed to be too busy to get him back in for emergency post-op check up when infection kicked in. Don't take your animals here if you care about them, because these people don't. *Update: On the very same day, I called a different vet in the area whom I've never once used. Not only did the other vet accommodate my request for an emergency visit despite no openings, they also confirmed the infection and prescribed an antibiotic for us, and stated how lucky we were to have caught this when we did! Do not ever take your pets to Heartland because they will seriously just let your pet die. They argued on the phone with me about how nothing was wrong with our cat, without an actual office visit! Thank God we went somewhere else.

Never had a bad experience with anyone here, they've always done really well by my kitty. My only minor complaint is every time ive asked them to trim her claws they forget to trim her dew claws! I can usually get her to hold still for one or two nails, so its not the biggest deal in the world.

Went for a checkup on my cat who ended up just having a ear infection left with a $320 bill and was told if I can't afford the whole amount that I can't have the medication! So they took all the money I had and left with nothing! The receptionist was very rude when I said I won't be back!

Informed friendly staff. If your animal has surgery the vet himself comes out to field all your questions. I have complete confidence in their services.

My animals had gone here for 11+ years. Finally moving away from them after realizing how much they try to bleed you dry. Extremely expensive, especially compared to other vets in the area. I also had regular issues with them filling prescription food orders.

They have been wonderful to my dogs' needs. They are all very personable and wonderful to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the people that work there! I decided to find a vet closer to my house and I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try. Staff is extremely nice and welcomed my pet with open arms! They made sure to fit him in their busy schedule because I was concerned about his breathing. All was well and they called the next day to check on him, I've never had that happen before! Thanks for taking such good care of my furbaby!

I've used this animal hospital often over the years as our two cats are in renal failure. Their staff has always been professional, knowledgeable, and caring.

I love this place! They actually care about your pet! Many vets today you have to question whether their loyalty is with money or the pets they serve. I have no question Heartland's loyalty is to my pets first! I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest veterinarian who knows what they are doing and takes the time to explain things to you. They definitely go above and beyond too.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Our family dog has issues and they work with me and really care for my pup. I would highly recommend this vet.

my sister has been bringing her dogs here since they were puppies (one is 7 and one is 5). i recently got a cat and started bringing her here. staff is super helpful, everyone is nice, pricing is good, and i don’t think either my sister would bring our pets anywhere else.

Heartland Animal Hospital has been great to work with. They took me as a new client when my dog was attacked and took over her care so the emergency services weren't as expensive. Now they help care my cats and give them love and help them feel comfortable. They are amazing!

I would recommend this Animal Hospital! They take their time to figure out what's wrong with your pet! I love how they come to get your pet but the doctor still comes out to see your pet! At other vet clinics they don't even tell you what was wrong they just bring your pet back out with a bill! So again I would recommend this Animal Hospital!! Very friendly, CLEAN, knowledgeable!!

My grand puppy was visiting and I am not an experienced dog owner. When I found a tick on her I knew I would not be able to remove it because she does not sit still. I phoned Heartland and they got her in right away, removed it and there was NO charge. Needless to say I know have a vet for when Gypsy is visiting grandma and grandpa!❤️????. Thank you for your fast and friendly attention to our baby!

We adopted our German Shepherd from the humane society earlier this year and the staff here treated her while she was in their care. The first time I went to the vet for her after adoption check-up, we got a friendly welcome from all the staff up front and the care was excellent! I'm currently 7 months pregnant and tried cutting my girls toenails but to no avail. I phoned Heartland and they were able to get her in the same day for a nail clipping and were so excited to see her when she arrived. The staff, care and facilities are top notch.

We had a great experience from the time we walked into the door until the time we left!! They got me in on short notice and the Vet was wonderful with Buster!! He is never usually that calm at the Vets office. Everyone was very friendly, it’s a great place!

Dog and cats are happy to see vet that a good thing and they see the same doctor
