I have taken all of our various pets to Linn Animal hospital for 20 years but ever since the previous owner retired I hardly get the same vet twice. The other issue is that they do not involve the owner in the care of the animal at the office visit. My cat needed blood drawn and could have easily been done if they had allowed me to hold him (like I had done every other visit before) but they didn’t allow that so my cat was unnecessarily traumatized because of that

Giving them 1 star is overrated! Dr. Kula has a far less then stellar bedside manor. She is rude and makes the whole practice look bad!

Great vets good prices and great availability.

Doctors are very good with our schnoodle; knowledgeable, kind and compassionate.

Staff is always super knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor Garman is wonderful as well.

We had a procedure done with our cat here. We verified pre-procedure and post-procedure that we wanted pathology run on the lump that was removed. On the day of the procedure, they (unknown to us) threw it away rather than sending in for pathology. A week later, we called, and they assured the results were still being processed. Two weeks post-procedure, at the follow-up appointment, they told us that we had declined pathology (which was a complete lie). They put the blame of their mistake on us and brushed off our concern for our pet. We will be taking our pets' needs elsewhere going forward.

As first time puppy owners, the entire staff had made us feel welcome at each appointment. Even though they see a lot of animals, they seem as though they truly care about our dog every time we walk in. They take time to answer all our questions and concerns without making it feel rushed. Great experience every time.

Dr Garman is so gentle with her patients!

I've trusted the vet I have for over 20 years. You can find less expensive vet procedure bills. But there's a lot to be said for trust.

Great show of care for animals

All I have to say is I put my cat down in May here, his name was Mittens. He had a chronic condition and there was a choice of putting him down. I talked to the vet and she agreed that the best choice was to put him down. But when it was time to actually put him down as she was injecting the first shot I said “I hope I’m doing the right thing” and her exact words back to me and I Quote “Can’t go back now”. Those are not the words any Professional Vet should ever choose to say to a patient during a difficult decision especially one that involves death. Terrible bedside manner!!! On top of that the receptionist were laughing right after I came out from putting my cat down as well. If you want people with good bedside manner don’t go here.

I have been taking my dogs there for 11 years. The staff there is so very friendly and genital with my dogs. I can't say enough good things about that place.

Came in for regular appointment for shots for a 15 year old dog. Kept pushing teeth cleanings, blood testing, urine testing... dog has nothing wrong other than old age. Was upset we wouldn't spend $300-500 in testing. The vet we normally saw retired. Seemed like the vet was interested in our cash not our dog. We have 3 dogs so we already obtained a new vet.

A trustworthy vet clinic. When I take my dogs there I feel like they truly care about my four legged best friend. Their prices are in keeping with other vets in the area. I would say that they are knowledgeable and caring and I recommend them highly!

The vet here is great. She is intelligent and explains things thoroughly and in ways you can understand. She doesn't try to push expensive services on you. Highly recommend.
