We have been taking our pets here for the past 6 years and they have been phenomenal! They are super nice and always seem to be patient with our crazy dog.

Had an initial issue with scheduling which was very disappointing, but once I got my kitten in, they were incredibly accommodating and I felt they had the animals best interests in mind. Highly recommend.

Dr Rush is amazing. Answers questions and is honest. They work to make appointments as stress free as possible for your fur babies.

I thought they were sweet in person. Then after second opinion i discovered they were trying to just get me for more money. Im so sad that i almost got surgery for my dog when she didnt even have a problem.

I enjoyed the service. Have made 2 more appointments. And they sell Nexgard!! So much easier than spritzing the dogs with flea meds. This veterinarian is people friendly.

Rush Animal Care has been extremely supportive through the loss of our beloved cat, Max. The doctors and staff are kind, caring and easy to work with. They have also been very helpful getting our other cat’s digestive issues straightened out. I’m so glad we found this vet clinic.

Our three dogs have seen Dr. Rush for over a decade. The office is clean & professional, and we’ve always gotten good treatment and advice. When our older border collie started experiencing some neurological issues, she found the medication that helped him recover and he happily jumps in the car when we go to the vet!

We've had nothing but outstanding service from Dr. Rush. She was able to get our husky in for emergency surgery over spring break when literally no other vet would even open an appointment for her. We will continue to go to her for all of our dogs care.

We boarded our dog with them like we had done many times before. We went on vacation thinking our dog was safely in the hands of our vet. Unfortunately she wasn't as the dog was able to escape through a gap in the fence. They made a feeble attempt at searching and we had to enlist the help of a local rescue group to help us in the search until we could get home. She wasn't found until the day we got back right before we were able to get out and search for ourselves. When we went to the vet to say goodbye to our family member and discuss the situation we were met with an utter lack of remorse, respect or empathy and instead we were met with a brick wall of dodging questions and damage control. I would highly advise anyone that is thinking about using this vet to think twice for the sake of your family

7525 Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18106, this is the one I went to. Horrific employees I've seen two days ago who will berate you and lie to your face constantly and will roughly handle your pet. I'm completely shocked at the manager in charge here as she was the only problem. I felt like I was about to be assaulted and I'm unnerved by this entire experience. Please, never take your pets here.

Called early Monday morning hoping to get my dog in who had a wound on his face, my vet was booked. I have a new vet now! Loved everything about this experience, the vet and staff were so friendly and caring. So glad I found them!!

Best vet around. I can't begin to explain my gratitude for the care that Dr. Barb gives my pets. She See's things that other vets don't through her knowledge and experience. Even in an emergency situation, taking your pet anywhere else is a waste if time and money, and putting your pets health at risk.

I've never had a vet take the time and slow down with my dog, as she has anxiety around people in general, but even more so at the vet. Dr. Rush really was patient with her, and gave me information about how to help her anxiety, and also decided to split out visit in two as to not overwhelm my dog. They are so serious when they mean fear free!!! By the time we left my pup was a lot more relaxed! Everyone there was so kind, we were seen promtly and it was over all the best experience I've had at a vet clinic! Highly HIGHLY recommend this place!

I am forever grateful for the love, concern , and quick thinking of Dr. Rush last week when my dog became extremely ill. She truly saved her life.

I would give Rush Animal Care a million stars if I could. From the very first communication, Dr Rush put me at ease and I knew I had found the right place. After describing my cats situation, she already had ideas of what to do with him before he was even seen! When I arrived at the office, the techs were so friendly, asking all the necessary questions about his health. They made me feel like they wanted to get to know my pet, not just treat him. Dr. Rush explained everything in great detail and demonstrated the best way to administer Timmy's new medicine. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

I love the team at Rush Animal Care SO MUCH. Dr. Rush, Dr. Huston, JT, Rebecca, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond every time. I have two VERY high-maintenance, accident-prone dogs (one is a senior shelter pet with anxiety/fear aggression and the other is a giant puppy who gets nervous around new people); Dr. Rush and co. do so much to make sure my boys are comfortable and taken care of even when they're difficult and hard to handle. Their prices are very affordable and they work with Care Credit & your pet insurance to make sure costs are manageable. I seriously can not recommend them enough, they've handled everything from neuter to teeth cleaning and have always been able to see us for emergencies same-day or as soon as possible.

Not very good pet care

The vet was able to diagnose my cat just by looking in her mouth briefly, she diagnosed her with stomattis. Her original owner told me she had a tooth problem. They are cheap and fast

Extremely extremely pleased with this clinic! From the time I called and walked in the door. Excellent customer service. Quality care. Dr rush was amazing. Very thorough and didn’t rush us out the door at all. Felt like I have known her for years! Our cat ended up having a bit of emergency where his front lower tooth got caught on something and he yanked himself free and busted the tooth almost right out of his gums. All the staff I dealt with were sweet caring and considerate! Will be going there for all future needs!

We've been talking our dog and cat here for years, doctor Rush and staff are very informative and kins. The time finally came for me to have to say goodbye to my kitty, and Rush was very supportive and made sure she wasn't in pain or distress. The parking lot is a bit of a doozy, but I wouldn't take our animals anywhere else.

I'm more than happy with DR Rush. We been going to her since 2007. She does a very good job of explaining what is going on and what can be done and sets expectations realistically. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.
