I know that prices are higher than WalMart, yet the service and the products are 1000 times better!

We have been taking our dog there for 4 years for grooming. The girls at the Euclid branch are awesome with “Baby” and love her to pieces.

Since Walmart doest care the cooked /smoked bones that my dog loves, found them there and always in stock. Also bought beef and chicken meat balls. Great for a treat. Will continue to go there. Clerks very helpful.

Ive been there around 10 times. Twice in the last month. Everyone is so helpful. I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Grooming is next on my dog's list. ????

not to be dramatic, but this place is quite literally the best place i’ve ever been. the groomers groomed him PERFECTLY, exactly how i wanted it. Nicest people. I’ve never been to a more welcoming and just overall warm establishment. The owners are the sweetest people i’ve met and helped me tremendously. Overall, would recommend to literally anyone who needs high quality pet supplies or high quality grooming services!!

Great place for all your dogs needs, very little to no products for other pet types. **update up the rating- more variety in the store now. Also, fantastic customer service... they helped me in a pinch after hours and for that, Petsakes, you get 5 stars. Customer service is everything to me! Highly recommend Petsakes!

Fantastic local pet shop with a huge selection of top quality pet foods and toys. Knowledgeable staff and friendly service. NEVER GOING TO A BIG BOX PET STORE AGAIN!!!

1st time in this store (Euclid) today i gave 5 stars just for customer service i was greeted when i entered, greeted as i walked around staff asked if i found what i was lookin for..offered advice- and i felt that they cared about my pets issue -showed me sale items-gave my fur kids some snack samples ( and not 1 not 2 but half a baggie)i thought that was very kind and generous as we dont give store bought treats that offen due to not knowing whats the safest treat Will diffinatly start shopping for our fur kids here again. Thank you for the warm welcome and helpful/caring staff
