I've been taking my Male cat Corndog here for 3 years and we always have a great experience. Price is great and they dont push you to do this and that. The customer service is perfect, friendly and like a family. I 100% recommend taking your furry family member to Ingersoll!!!

Took good care of my boy Willie while I was in the hospital. Sent photos to me while I was sick really appreciated that nice touch. ☮

I am so grateful that the groomer could take care of Olivers mats & make him look fabulous! I am also really appreciative that he could also catch up on his vaccinations while there for grooming. Overall wonderful experience with kind staff! I will definitely be taking my other cat there to get groomed as well. Thank you!

My dog Masha always seems to come back happy after staying here. I am so thankful to Dr. Alexander for reaching out to me letting me know how everything was going and spotting an ear infection in my dog during her stay. Kryssa also always does an amazing job grooming Masha! I'm not sure how she gets her to stay still long enough but she always comes back looking amazing!

I feel the staff went above and beyond. I've never had a vet send me pictures daily of my pet with an update on their progress. When I came in to visit the Dr even popped in the room to make sure I didn't have any questions. The staff is always responsive and so pleasant to talk to. I'll never go anywhere else!!

Ingersoll Animal Hospital provides outstanding care for Lexi. Everyone at Ingersoll Animal Hospital is very nice and is very caring too. They do the best work, and I highly recommend them for all your animal needs.

Really, really disappointed with these guys, specifically Dr. Austin. She, at a complete glance with almost no evidence to back it up, told us our dog was anemic and had his blood drawn. He was not - in fact he was perfectly healthy. But now he's sluggish, continuously whining, and still won't put pressure on his back left leg 3 days later. We are genuinely furious and we will not be going back - these guys only care about squeezing as much cash out of you as possible.

Extremely knowledgeable and explained all processes and reasonings with detail that I could understand and was confident in my decisions pertaining to the care of my dog.

I can not say enough how great the people are who work there. They truly care about you and your pet. The service is ALWAYS great. From the joy of bringing in new puppies or kittens to sorry and pain of having to put one down they have always been there to help. My family have been bringing in our pets from back in the 80's and have always been treated with the quality and professionalism that one would only hope to receive. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a good vet to look at these guys first because you will not be disappointed.

Great service and take great care of your pet

This was my first time with this vet. I was with my prior vet for 26 years. I was so afraid I made a mistake by leaving a vet I loved.. But, this first time was just to groom the animals, so, I figured I had time to switch back if need be. Before the grooming could even begin they discovered my dogs lacked key vaccinations. They had to have an exam before they could be vaccinated. Upon exam, they found my poor babies had ear infections. So, in one visit, presumably just for a groom, they caught the need for a vaccine, they caught two nasty ear infections, and they made my dogs so happy and relaxed that they both came in my door as though nothing happened to them. In 26 years with the other vet, my animals never returned to me so happy, so relaxed, and in such really good shape. Had I waited until it was time for their annual exam, they would have needlessly suffered. Everyone at the vet was so sweet to me that it was as if THEY had known me for 26 years. But, in truth, they had never met me, never known my animals, yet, they treated me like a long lost best friend and my animals as their own. I am no longer fearful. I am grateful. I am so happy I made the switch. Oh, and the grooming was well done too. They look SO good.

Have taken our precious cat Maylee here for years for routine check-ups and vaccines and just recently to deal with a case of likely pneumonia. They have always taken very good care of her and always discuss options with you and potential expenses ahead of time. I definitely recommend them and will continue to go here for Maylees care.

I have always had a great experience with this vet. They are so nice and caring, and have always been flexible when I have had scheduling conflicts. My cat is a nervous old man and they make him feel as comfortable as possible.

My experience was a phone call. The animal hospital was unable 2 board my cat due 2 "re-decoration" of the cat area. I have doubts on the truth of all that My cat has all her shot but is not spayed She is also not a member of the Ingersoll clinic. But don't feel alone. 10 other places cannot accommodate ms. Nala this coming weekend either Your " on hold" music is great!!!

Ingersoll Animal Hospital has the best bedside manner I have ever seen with pets. We have 3 cats, and they take the time care for each one and adjust to each of their vey unique personalities. The appointment times are flexible with my work schedule, and the vets make sure to take plenty of time to talk with us about any medical concerns we are seeing in our babies. I cannot say enough great things about this place!

I have been taking both of my dogs to Ingersoll Animal Hospital for the past year and I have really been blown away by the service and care they have given my pets each time we have gone! My golden retriever had a small ear infection, the vet talked over everything on the phone and then came out and showed me how to administer the ear cleaner on her dog! Truly a professional! I have also called several time with minor concerns and they are very honest about whether or not I need an appointment. Finally, I just wanted to say that Ingersoll Animal Hospital is great at giving you all the options and really letting you decide. I had a pricey visit and really couldn’t fathom spending the amount of money needed for all the medicine for my sweet angel. I expressed this directly to the vet and he walked me through a slightly less aggressive treatment plan and that gave me a bit more financial flexibility. I really could not have been any happier with my experience there! I know that they will always take good care of my pets and give honest, reliable advice!

Great grooming services for our cats! They get lion cuts and they will also apply the claw caps if you bring them in. Overall great experience. Cats leave looking so cute!
