This was Bella's first time here, she is 3 months old. The whole staff Loved her, they are AWESOME with my baby, I got what medicine she needs, plus she got shots today. They are very patient with her, plus the staff and Vet answered all my questions I had and sent me home with a puppy pack. I am so glad I chose to take her here !!!!!!

I took a stray cat there to he checked for a chip. He didn't have one, but the young woman who brought him out to me was very helpful with information a out shelters and list and found lists. His owners did claim him.

This is the best place to take your pets for medical care.

I was trying to find out if they still allow boarding for animals but while the sign outside says yes the staff inside refuse to answer.

I enjoy working with the pleasant staff. They are very helpful, knowledgeable. I have never been shamed for not being able to afford something at that time. I will always bring my pets here. Thank you.

They seem to truly care. Our Felix likes them too, and he doesn't like just anybody.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Vogel and her team. Staff is so welcoming, knowledgeable and gentle to our pet. As brand new pet owners, Dr. Vogel takes her time with us and answers all our questions. It's obvious she's a very caring and kind person. When our pet had surgery, we got a call from her letting us know our pet was doing well. I also got a text with a picture. I totally recommend this animal hospital!

They have such compassion for not only the pets but for the pet owners also. They follow up after every appointment to see how our dogs are doing. They are a very caring and have big hearts, all the staff.

This was my first visit to Eastown Animal Hospital, Dr Applegate has strong interpersonal skills; including excellent communication, this is very important since we can't talk face to face (Covid, Social Distancing) Handing my pet off to one of the staff who met me at my car was very unusual, but the staff reassured me he was in good hands. Dr. Applegate effectively communicated options for testing and laboratory procedures that could lead us to discovering what might be wrong with my pet. I feel very confident that she will discover what is causing the problem and find a solution or treatment for my pet. Most of all I could tell she really did care about her patient.

Dr Applegate is great to work with and provides a caring and thorough approach while offering advice and listening to any all concerns. She truly cares for the well being of our pets.
