April is an amazing human who I believe is a blessing to anyones life she is in. The customer service is amazing and I would recommend this store to everyone. Come check out her adorable stores!

I really enjoy this shop. Whether I am on my own or shopping with my pet, I have always had a great experience. One of my dogs is blind and the staff talk to him upon approach and helped him feel so comfortable while shopping. I also find quality products here that I can't find elsewhere!

Have had great experiences here with the staff. I wish the customers would check out some free leerburg videos. I really like to buy treats here for my rottweilers and they are a great place to stop for any pet need or specialty treats.

Buying local is what it’s about and this place delivers top notch service, selection and advice you don’t get at the big box stores.

Very friendly service. It’s a little pricey but seem to have a lot of high quality stuff. The best thing is the little bakery they have for pets. They make a lot of fun treats. Got the dogs beer treats for happy hour and they really enjoyed them.

Oh my if I could give more stars I would. The 3 people there during our visit were beyond accommodating and friendly. We had our cat with us and they were knowledgeable and amazing as they found us plenty of samples to try for a kitty we have with a skin condition. They all pet our cat and were helpful in the layout and deals available. They gave us way more then we could ever ask for. It was the best experience I've had in a pet store. I will definitely be returning and with my other animals.

What a great place!! My chi was cool with checking stuff out- not so at places like PetSmart, et al., where he would tremble and pee. He was super confident looking around while i asked questions. As I'm doing this, he is tearing into a fabulous looking xmas treat! I wish I would've found this place sooner
