Jozey is always so sweet when coming in for both of my fur babies and makes sure they are comfortable at the vet! Dr.Matt knows how to communicate when explaining medical things for my dogs! I also love how caring and responsive they are for the dogs needs and well-beings!

I just took my new baby kitten to thrive for the first time on Wednesday! I had a regular local vets office that i've taken my other cats too for years but their prices were unfair and as they've switched up staff over the years the people working there had just become more unkind, so i decided to try somewhere else for my new kitten. I got this baby kitty sort of last minute and had to get a vet appointment quick, thrive was able to get me in next day even when i made an appointment online at night after close the night before. I'm very much a hypochondriac and that extends to my pets so i was super anxious going in for our appointment but they were incredibly reassuring and kind! They were also incredible gentle with my kitty which was lovely, i've seen other vets be a lot rougher. It's hard watching the pet you love being uncomfortable and they minimized that as much as possible. Going to the vet can also be very anxiety inducing because you don't know how much you're going to have to spend, they were as upfront about pricing as they possibly could be which was great for a broke 20-something, of course there can always be things that pop up at an appointment that you aren't expecting but they definitely do their best of giving you the best idea of what to expect. The vaccines we needed were on back order which is no fault of theirs but they still gave me good heads up and we were able to work something out so my lil Gustav gets what he needs! I've been around a lot of pets and gone to a lot vet offices in my life but none of them have made me wanna tell everyone i know how awesome they were lol. Thrive definitely did that. :) Thank you to everyone at thrive who helped get my lil Gustav right ❤️ we greatly appreciate you

I started going to THRIVE when my chocolate lab was only a few months old. From day one, they have always set my mind at ease, answered any questions that I may have, and treated my boy with so much love. My dog is now a year old, and they still greet him with the same love that they did when he was a puppy. Their love for animals and their clients shows through with every visit. I highly recommend THRIVE! ❤️

It was my first time bringing my cat Bear to the vet and it was a wonderful experience!! The women there are so kind and informative! Prices are good and it went by quick and easy!! They were very gentle and sweet with Bear and made his experience less scary!! I will definitely be coming back!

I have a 13 year old golden retriever. I was reluctant to put him through surgery but the doctor was confident that my dog was healthy enough to do well with the surgery. My dog went through the surgery and he came out just fine. They took very good care of him.

Had my cat in 7 days ago because he wasn't himself. Dr said he was fine except his ears and got vaccinations and eat meds. Called today to get him back in as he's very sick. Was told because I didn't have my granddaughters # that they couldn't see him. When I was in 7 days ago I told them he was now my cat and please update records. They didn't and wouldn't book me an appt. without her #! Seriously! He's s very sick cat and so I don't recommend this place to anyone! I had to book an appt. with a different vet. Honestly who does that when you pretty is sick they are sick! #? I'm paying the bill! I'll never use them again! This is about a sick animal not a phone #!

brought my two kittens in for vaccines. paid for a package. one wasn't in stock. it finally is(this isn't the issue). now they are trying to charge me again for the vaccine that has already been paid for but no one seems to care to do anything to look into or find the truth just to tell me I have to pay for it again even after being told by over half the staff including the vets that I wouldn't be charged

Today my 8 year old Cocker Spaniel had a complete dental. She had a deep clean and unfortunately had to have some teeth pulled. The staff was fabulous and answered all the questions I had. They had given me a high and a low estimate and came in under the lowest. They are great and took care of my spoiled pup!! Highly recommend them!!

Staff is very friendly and the prices are great. Wait time was very short and I love that I can grab supplies while I wait at petco in the same building.

I wasn't happy them saying my dog is fat. We bought him a year ago, and he was hugh. But I have had him on a strict diet and he has lost alot of weight. So I dont think we will be going back

This is the second time we’ve used Thrive and this particular location. I would say I am less then pleased with their lack of communication. They apparently have a call center that answers their calls, and I would say it’s safe to assume the office staff and the call center staff do not communicate. The first issue I had with them was my first visit when I had to call back in to get a receipt because they never emailed me one, the rep said she had to ask permission from the vet to send it and then didn’t seem to know what she was doing, making it much bigger of a problem then it really was. Then today, I called prior to my dogs visit to inquire about payment as I would not be the one bringing my dog in. They rep advised me that they would send me a link to pay through a secured portal after the visit. Well apparently that was not communicated to the staff at the office because then I had them calling me multiple times to take a payment a long with the person who took my dog in, when they should have just texted me the link as I made it very clear I work on the phones and can’t always answer my phone. The women at the office then proceeded to tell my mother who was the one who took my dog in that I hadn’t called and then stated when my mom made a comment about how frustrating this was, she replied with “well it seems like poor communication on both ends” It was not poor communication on my end as I called BEFORE the appointment to establish how I could make my payment as I wouldn’t be there personally.. I did what I was supposed to do. It was lack of communication on the offices and call centers end that made this more complicated then it needed to be. Due to the women’s attitude at the office, I will not be taking my dog back to this location. And will look for an office that doesn’t utilize a call center and has friendly more accommodating staff.

I brought my dog here a few months ago for diarrhea. Service was quick, they answered all my questions, and explained how to give medications. The price was very good too. I paid $35 for exam plus meds....BUT I had a coupon for a free exam so without that it would have been $65. Still not bad!

This clinic is wonderful. I’ve been able to get two pets in right when I needed. The clinic was able to handle all of the needs such as x-rays, blood work, and medicine. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The doctors take the time to discuss your pet with you. I love the online scheduling. You can use Care Credit and your purchase can earn you pal rewards!

My dogs was having issues with his legs Saturday night and our normal vet was closed I called around Sunday morning and Thrive was able to get me in within a few hours! They had us in and out within an hour! The next day I had questions about side effects with the medicine prescribed! I was able to get right through and speak with the Doctor! I will definitely be switching all my pet care to them here forward. Thank you!!

I found this place by accident and will not go anywhere else. Dr Matt Lundquist treats your pet as if they were his own. Dr Laura Anderson and Dr Lundquist are fantastic! The staff is so friendly and courteous.. This is one top notch vet office!!! I highly recommend this place!!! 10 stars!!! I trust my babies with them whole heartily!!

The staff at THRIVE is fantastic all around. Dr. Laura Anderson is hands down one of the most amazing and kind human beings I have ever had the pleasure of being around. My fiancé and I brought our hamster in and she was very kind and understanding. Had to bring her back in after a few weeks and ending up having to put her down. Dr. Anderson showed patience, understanding and so much compassion which made the process easier to go through. Dr. Anderson- thank you for helping us with Murphy, we will forever be grateful for you and your staffs kindness and compassion. We would also like to thank Reagan for helping us out and showing the same kindness and compassion. ❤️

Great vets that really care. Prices are great and the quality of care is exceptional. My dogs were very relaxed during the exams and acted like they enjoyed their visits. I look forward to using them for many years. Took my third dog to them and as always they were amazing. They are through, explain everything, and answer all of your questions. There may be places that do a cheaper spay / neuter but what Thrive gives with their service is worth way more than what they charge. Definitely get the Thrive Plus membership especially with a new puppy.

Our German Shepard has been scratching at ears for 2 yrs and our regular vet was too scared to look in her ears..The vet at Thrive (Matt Lundquist) took her and found out she has been fighting an infection in her ears..he has treated her and said she was never aggressive...thank you to this amazing team to giving our girl some relief!!! Also we found out that Matt grew up around us and went to school with our youngest son!! We will continue to bring our girl here!!! Thank you so much!!!

I was driving through on my way up to Wisconsin and I was able to make an appointment as I was on the road passing through. They were quick and Covid safe. These people were the first to ever to be able to clip my dog of 8 years' nails. Good job guys and thank you!

Love so much how Dr.Liz takes care if my 5 animals in my household and how the other vets are also so caring and loving. I respect the ladies at the checking how much they care and listen very nicely!!!

Took my pup in the other day and they got her in right away and were super quick to take care of her! They were very nice and happy to answer any questions. Very affordable too! We will definitely bring Marlee here in the future!! Thank you!
