Great care for my baby ????

We live in the Twin Cities visiting in Waterloo IA, and we had to make an emergency trip to Des Moines to get prescription food because their isn't any closer Banfields in Iowa. When I got there, I was getting nervous, cause I wasn't finding any of my cat's special food. Thinking that I'd have to got to Omaha, I tried one last attempt and talked to the gal at the front desk. She told me they are separated. I was so relieved. 5 stars for the Banfield gal and 1 star for not having prescription food all in one area which is Petsmarts doing.

I bought the wellness plan for my grand dog and I am so glad I did we have been able to get problem taken care of that have arises and being on limited income it was reassuring knowing that she would be taken care of and all the vets we have met have been very caring and thoroughly answer all my questions.

They gave me appointment got me in took care of my dog's problem got me out very professional

This place and the people in it really care about your pets. And the plans are great value for those who want peace of mind!

Dr. Garlock and her team are wonderful, caring people. I have taken my two dogs, Scruffy & Roofy there for years. When we had to say good-bye to Scruffy this year, the entire staff was so comforting and compassionate. They helped make the event bearable. Thank you Dr. Garlock and Team, you guys are the BEST!!!

the pet care plan has been a god send to my wallet staff are about as helpful as they can be. I can rely on them to make sure I dont forget annual shots and boosters. money well spent. I'll never use another vet for my dogs they deserve the best and always get the best here.

as another reviewer said, greedy company and they'll try to upsell you and milk you for every penny. Staff is great but this is a shady business that doesn't care about the animals. Dr garlock is amazing but this chain is for profit and awful. not a good experience with dr. nareddy. the worst experience ive had. The staff is very nice but this business model is constantly trying to upsell you for $$ you will end up spending a lot. They don't listen and didn't do the test I wanted to be done.. they just kept trying to push for the tests they wanted to do. I'm making a youtube video review to further explain the experience

The doctors and staff have been extremely rude to me the past several times I’ve been in with my pet. I have since attempted several times to cancel my wellness plan where I’m transferred to alternate departments and no one is able to assist me in cancelling my plan. I do not recommend this company.

I had an awesome experience at the Banfield Pet Hospital. They were fast, professional and polite. Loved it.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Groundwater always takes time to listen to what you have to say and offer advise. The tech and assistants are ready to help either in person or over the phone. When they do call backs to check up in your pet they ask questions and genuinely listen. You can call in anytime (during business) and ask questions as well.

Quick service for a needed pet medication

They are not able to complete an annual exam on a dog that is nervous at the vet. My dog now has worms because they weren’t able to test for it at his visit.

Took my Russian Blue cat in at the first of the month for a check up. 3 weeks later he was dead. Lady at the office told me it wasn't their fault. Yes it is YOUR fault. You were supposed to check him out. I told you what that he wasn't acting right and his stomach was bulgy. IT IS YOUR FAULT MY CAT IS DEAD.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They take great care of my geriatric kitty.
