Very friendly staff. Great office cat!! Was there because I followed my dog groomer who now works there.

Very compassionate staff in dealing with end of life decisions for your pet. Felt very comfortable with Dr and her honesty with questions we asked.

Our small dog is usually very timid but she loves tDr Bollinger and the staff. They are gentle and talk to her continually during her annual visit.

This office is amazing - super knowledgeable staff, love & spoil my pets even when they're nervous and always help us with our questions - they go the extra mile to get you answers.

Cannot recommend this practice enough. They have been so great in caring for our cats and dog. Very kind, compassionate, and professional.

Outstanding vet visit with my 'wild child' who has always been super fearful. We just moved to the area, and Dr. Heyer was amazing to talk with, and especially with how she handled my cat, Jade. The most cat-friendly environment that kept her relaxed and allowed her to explore and even get friendly. She's NEVER acted this way at the vet, it was the best experience ever!

Took good care with our cat. It was our first visit.

They got my dog in the same day I called. They even offered me a later appointment that worked well with my work schedule. They were fast, friendly and professional!

We have boarded our dog there and also Dr Bollinger is his veterinarian. We have been going there for about 25 years and have always had a good experience.

I tried this veterinarian after struggling to overcome issues with my cat being too aggressive for a thorough physical at the prior vet. Here, they planned ahead for sedation and included her overdue dental cleaning while she was sedated so she would not have to go through that twice. The doctor was empathetic and personable. She texted me throughout the cleaning. They also gave me a major discount! Great service and value!

Dr. Heyer was wonderful!! She is very easy to talk to and presents all options for your pet. I came here because I was told my pet needed to be euthanized for a condition and no other options were available to him. My pet was not suffering and was acting his happy normal self, so I wanted to seek a second opinion. The team here was wonderful and accommodated me rapidly due the the urgency of my pet’s condition. Doc talked to me for a long period of time and never made the appointment feel rushed. She presented all treatment choices and gave me some palliative care options. I am so very thankful that we get to spend more time with our precious pup!! The staff was very friendly too. No barking dogs in the background. No long waits. Very clean. Very welcoming environment; my dog (who has hated the vet for 17 years, was not phased and felt comfortable). Again - I can’t thank her enough!!

My dogs are my family and the vets and vet staff have always cared for my pets as their family too! I am so very thankful for all they do for me and my dogs! I have become very close with them all and I so appreciate their friendship and care for my family!

I took my dog there for acupuncture and the vet that he seen was very professional and knew what she was talking about.

We love this clinic! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate the care they give to our puppy now, and the care they gave our cats in the past. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet clinic.

Took very good care of our kitty in her last few days.

We have called and needed to get in for our dogs on 2 different occasions last minute and were able to get in the next day. They were prompt with appointments and even called the following the appointment to see how treatment was going!

Yesterday our cat had an eye that was swollen shut and extremely goopy. We were able to get in the same day. They picked him up at the car (curbside due to COVID). Within 5 or 6 minutes I received a call explaining that he needed antibiotic eye drops. Despite the short time frame, he received a comprehensive evaluation. In other words, the doctor didn't just glance at him and make the determination to toss us some eye drops. She explained that she stained his eye and checked to make sure he didn't have a scratch/injury to the eye itself and indicated that he didn't. She explained the drops and dosage but also indicated how quickly we should see improvement (i.e. within a couple of days, but make sure to administer the drops for a full 7 days). We "discovered" this hospital earlier this summer and have been in with our various animals several times since then. The most recent visit described above was a fairly straightforward, uneventful situation, but we have had far more serious situations that they handled with aplomb. These professionals are EXCELLENT, both w/ their medical/technical expertise and their obvious love and compassion for animals. They also have an online store, from which we now shop on a regular basis. It has pretty much everything you might need and at reasonable prices. We highly recommend these medical professionals !

Everyone at this clinic is super nice. They ask before doing any procedures if I am comfortable with the price. They treat my dogs with such care.

They are open late and weekends if need be. They have separate sections for cats and dogs. The visitation rooms were always when I went.

Erin at the front desk was unprofessional and had no bedside manner when we were having to put our cat to rest. Erin was very rude to us when we explained our financial hardship. I do NOT recommend this clinic and will not return solely because of Erin's behavior. She was absolutely terrible and only added stress to the experience of losing our beloved cat. I gave 2 stars because Sarah and Dr. Elsworth were very kind during the euthanasia. The clinic over charges and needs to make sure their front desk workers are professional and kind.

My 2 T-cup Chihuahuas were staying with grammy and became sick. They were able to fix my babies. They are on the ment!!! Thank you
