We had our dog's nails clipped and brushed to smooth off the rough edges. The groomer was very fast and our dog came back out happier and more excited than she was when she went back to get her nails done.

They are outstanding!! They love their pet friends and such an incredible staff. The manager is so good to her employees which is why they love there jobs. I appreciate all of them.

Disappointed they are not taking new customer/clients at this time. No prediction on when they will be. Didn't get much details other than that.

1sr time and last time I would ever go in there. Not really sure how the dogs are treated and handled, didn't get to see that. Well anyways, had an interview...I was just in awe in how the gal interviewed me...crazy way she would go about how the hair should look and colored and so on, shoes being some sort of shoe that would cover the foot. I'm not there to be told about how I should color my hair and if it would grow out of the color I need to keep it up. Although this gal was wearing flip flops thatday her hair was crazy and nor kepted up. She was nice and cordial but She was stuck on how a person should appear. This is a doggy day care it's about the dogs, i never recoeved a tour or to show me all about it, then she called for me about a week later to come in for a couple of hours to work to see what they do.

Dee is amazing! We have a very timid dog but she handles her grooming so so well!! Very flexible with our schedule!! You won't be disappointed!

My family and I were so impressed with 4 Paws Unleashed when we dropped our dog off for 2 days. It was great to see him on the doggie cam and know that he was being taken care of. I love, that for a little extra money, they could provide him with a snack and some extra fun services. I recently made an appointment to have my dog get groomed. I would recommend four paws unleashed to anybody with a dog!

I was very pleased with most aspects of the time my pet spent at 4 paws. For some aspects, I was frustrated. I was very happy with my pet’s ability to play and I very much appreciated the live video feeds of the rooms the dogs are free to play. They always had a person in the room and the dogs were always supervised. The building was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for boarding and day care. I was frustrated with portions of the grooming. I was also happy with portions of the grooming. As the information was taken from me, written down by the person at the front, and then given to the groomer, I believe this was a game of “telephone.” Further, this was the first grooming and of a dog breed I have not owned before. I will concede that maybe I did not properly provide the direction I wanted. However, from the questions I was being asked as follow ups while the lady completed the card for the groomer, I thought I was doing a decent job. For the next grooming, I know areas I want to improve upon and hopefully I am much better at relaying the directions I want followed.

4 Paws Unleashed ROCKS. The staff is always very positive whenever we drop off or pick up our dogs. Their prices are the best in town and they’re bar far the best team we’ve worked with to board our dogs.

I use the Clive location. They do grooming, doggie daycare and boarding. We primarily use the grooming service, as our pups are all small. Lead groomer is great. They took Christmas pics of my babies. Great place.

Brought my near 100 lb dog to his first professional bath/brush out. He loves water and excites easily so I was nervous it wouldn’t work out. Demelza and staff were amazing at handling him and he looked so healthy for summer without his big undercoat. 100% loved the experience!

This place is fantastic! We have an American Bulldog who is reactive and not great with strangers. We rarely board him because of this but when we do, we take him to 4 Paws! The employees are great with him. They remember him when he walks through the door and truly care about him. I wouldn't take him anywhere else! Seriously, most reliable, caring, trustworthy boarding business around!

Do not EVER bring your dog here. This is a warning for ALL pet owners. I took my dog Archie here to be boarded when I went out of town. When I picked him up, I looked in his bag and there was an alarming amount of food leftover. I found out that he had not eaten Friday evening, all day Saturday, and had still not eaten when I picked him up Sunday at 4 pm. They did not once call me and let me know he hadn’t been eating. I spoke with the manager Courtney following the incident and she was very apologetic and took the time to talk with me about the incident. I am out of town again this week, and I decided to give them another try, leaving clear instructions to “doctor up” his food if he didn’t show interest in eating. I had to have someone else drop him off on Sunday afternoon, as I was already out of town. I had booked this boarding reservation for him prior to the last time he was boarded, and left them clear instructions about what I was wanting for him while he was boarded. I received a call on Sunday with them having to ask me all the questions again as they did not write down any of the information I told them last time. They then called me back about an hour later threatening me saying he could not stay because I did not have an updated copy of his vaccination record. It was Sunday night and my vet office was obviously closed, however I let them know it could be sent over first thing in the morning at 7:30. They were extremely rude and made me feel stressed out about my dog while I’m 1500 miles away on vacation. They gave me a call back and said they cleared it with their manager to let him stay. The next morning on Monday I went to look at the live cameras they keep in the daycare rooms. It was 1030 in the morning in Iowa, and Archie was nowhere to be seen in daycare even with the clear instructions that he was supposed to have a full day of day care each day of his stay. I called them and asked why he wasn’t in daycare, and they said that they could not get him out of his kennel. They said that he was nervous. He’s a 10 pound dog, so I have a hard time believing they were not able to get him out of his kennel. I spoke with the manager Courtney and she said that he was just nervous so she decided to not put him in daycare. I’m sure all dogs are nervous their first day being boarded after not being there for a while, but this meant he had been in his kennel since 4 PM on Sunday and it was now 10:30 in the morning on Monday. As soon as I got off the phone with them I kept the live cameras up, and they put him right in the day care room. Which makes it very hard to believe they were unable to get him out of his kennel. The staff here is completely incompetent and rude. The weekend staff is even worse than the week staff. They do not care about the animals, they don’t care if they’re properly eating, and they don’t care about the customers concerns. They were able to call and threaten me with him not staying because of a vaccination record, but they did not give me a courtesy call letting me know why he wasn’t in daycare. I’ve seen several other reviews stating that dogs have even died here, and I’ve seen several reviews of people having the same experiences as me. I had someone go pick him up early before my vacation is even over because I did not want him staying there. This is a long post, but I felt like it was important to share everything that went wrong here. Do not take your dog here. There are several other better places that genuinely care about animals, and this place is not one of them. I even requested for the owner to call me because I wanted to state my concerns, but I have not received a call and I’m sure that I will not.
