Kind, helpful staff who treated my puppy wonderfully :) affordable. Highly recommended

We took our poor cat there to be put down, and it's like they tried to make the experience as awful as possible. The tech said our cat would be sedated and brought to us to hold while she was euthanized--which we wanted--and then the receptionist told us that they'd bring the cat to us once she was euthanized. So we actually had to find someone to make sure that's not what would happen. The receptionist also could not clearly explain the consent forms or comprehend our request to leave our cat with them without having ashes returned to us. And after we'd paid and said goodbye to our cat and tried to walk out in peace, the receptionist yelled to us that she'd forgotten to charge us for the cremation--the exact thing we'd had such a lengthy discussion about--and then made us wait while someone else had to yell to her over the counter how to reopen our file and run our credit card again. Plus nobody wore masks. Putting our cat down was awful and they made it way worse.

Carl goes here, he our German Shepherd Pomerian, Dr. Seth and his staff are awesome to work with to take care of our spoiled Fur baby. He just got his first Dental Cleaning because we want him to keep his teeth in good shape. Dr. Seth works in his new Cedar Rapids office too. The staff there are excellent there too in taking care of Carl, thanks Heartland ????

We loved Dr Paulson, but the new business is all about the money. $52 to tell me my pup looked healthy, when had just been seen by DrPaulson a few weeks earlier. Going to Monticello vet, they are awesome!

Everyone was so friendly and they took special care of all five kittens. I felt like this is a vet that I can trust with caring for my pets.

Dr. Paulsen is the only vet we trust to take care of our fur babies. We have been with him and his staff for over 14 years now. We would not take them anywhere else. Even when we had to put our dog down due to failing kidneys he and his staff treated the situation with such kindness and respect. Our dog Harley actually enjoyed going to visit him and his staff where she was treated like family. Dr. P gave great advice and offered ideas for every part of our puppy's life time. We so appreciate Kenwood Animal Clinic!

Amazing vet! They got me in, called with updates and answered all my questions above and beyond. They are the best priced in the Cedar Rapids, Coralville and Iowa City area. We have found a vet for our dog because of how amazing they are!

I took my senior kitty here with what we thought was an abscess in his mouth. It turned out to be cancer. So as a team we decided he was suffering too badly and sent him to the rainbow Bridge. I cannot say enough about the 2 people we worked with. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts... I highly recommend the staff and clinic itself.

They were great with my cats. Costly care but very good care. After surgery they even called the next day to see how my cats were doing. They shared their recommendations and listened to all my concerns.

There prices are great..they was so good with my pitbulls i will not take my pet any where but here...very comfortable place...they was full and they still fit me in and took care of my dogs need.. they go out of there way!!! Dr Poulson takes excellent care of my cat. She is scheduled to get her shots and have her teeth cleaned next month. Most reasonably priced vet in town.
