VERY patient, kind and understanding to me as it was time to let my cat Kismet go, and the same towards my cat. They did everything possible to make it as easy as possible for both of us. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that I never really give 5 stars. Once I'm ready for another pet I will definitely return for happier visits.

Took our kitty there for a sore on her tummy and dental work. They have been great and the receptionist was awesome and helped work with other agencies to help us pay for her surgery. They even clipped her nails that I'm afraid to do. Definitely recommend them.

Just love Dr. David Graff, he has a delightful way with pets and their owners. Don't tell his wife but he has a twinkle in his wink

Received excellent care and service for our furry family member. They were able to provide us with some helpful suggestions and education, and kindly answered all of our questions with ease. Its a bit of a drive for us, but we're happy to go out of the way to remain loyal customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet clinic. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Very professional, great COVID response, and one of the places I could get my bird seen most quickly. Their prices were surprisingly reasonable for a vet that will see exotics.

Nail clipping is almost $40 which is RIDICULOUS. Other than that it is good!

I love going here. I have 2 dogs and they truly care for them. It’s affordable and they are super friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vet that will truly meet the needs for your pet and you :)

Filled out their forms online to set up an apt. Tried responding with personal emails asking me for a deposit fee with no information. When I asked for more information about why they wanted money (because I didn’t want to be scammed), they stopped responding. I tried to show up to the apt that they had rescheduled for me, they said turned me away and said I didn’t pay the deposit. I had taken time off to try to get things looked at for my cat, who had escaped from our house and had a wound on her back. I was extremely unimpressed with the lack of professionalism when dealing with apts.

Dr Hickie is an amazing vet and I highly recommend!!

Long trusted clinic for many of our family pets.

my first experience wasn't the best; not because of what they did but because my beagle's hours were numbered. while not somerhing one wants to hear; knowing that allowed my daughter and i to give her a proper good bye. the second experience was much different. my daughter got a rat terrier puppy and man did that dog hit it off with the staff. everytime i looked in the main window, it seemed like someone else was holding the dog. if you are wondering why i was looking in the window; it is because only the animal goes inside. the vet calls you and talks to you about how the appointment went, the health of your animal, answers questions and gives recommendations. a staff member will come to your car to get your pet and bring it back once they are finished. everyone i interracted with was pleasant and professional. why only four stars? because nothing is perfect ... well maybe my beagle was!

I was very very impressed with this place and with the bet that we had. She was incredibly caring and informative. It is hard to find a vet that is knowledgeable and cares for a rabbit because they are very sensitive and require a special person. I learned a lot at this visit and intend on coming back every year ????

Spent more than I thought I would, but the dog was over dew on shots , plus she had severe Urinary infection and all those tests! Pets can be pretty expensive , b u t what can you do but pay the bill , because your pet depends on you! Anyway the Dr was kind and helpful. The facility was we w spotless, not a lot of traffic. Besides the price it was rather nice. I spent more on my dog "CHRISTMAS" then I do for myself ! Pets are more expensive then you think

They've always taken great care of our pets. Sometimes expensive, but probably on par with other places and I feel like they try hard to control costs and communicate them in advance. Great, personable service.

To the entire staff of Animal Care Hospital, although I had never been there before... talking to you and arriving last Thursday with my very sick kitty felt like a desperation step. I was so grateful to learn that you were not only open but also available to see a new patient (some thing a North Liberty veterinarian office said they would not do). From your professionalism, courtesy and empathy over the phone, in person and after, I was extremely impressed. You took every step to ensure social distancing and to be Covid conscious, yet the personal touch was not lacking for a minute. When I received a sympathy card in the mail today signed by all employees with a remembrance paw print of my pet, I knew I had to write some thing publicly. Thank you thank you! With everything that was going on last week in addition to my concern over not being able to get a hold of a veterinarian, emotions were high. You were all wonderful and are a treasure to your jobs, business and the community. ❤️
