Told them to take their time with my dog, and to be careful of her feet, pluck her ears, no complaints, done a really nice job ????

This was Gracie’s first time being at Bark Avenue. I got pictures and a daily report card for her which I was very excited about to see how she was interacting, who she was making friends with. the only drawback is that I wish that they had toys and things to play with when they are in the play room with the other dogs. other than that it seems to be a really good place. Ready for another daycare appointment next week.

Dogs are well taken care of. A report card is given after every stay, which is appreciated along with pictures and who their dog buddies were which is sure cute! Dogs caught kennel cough after their first stay. Online told us we got 1/2 off the price. But come to find out that didn’t apply until their 2nd stay. Second time they stayed, the discount we were promised hadn’t even been noted from the person we spoke to while booking. Finally got the discount, but was only on part of the stay. Not the total at checkout. Fees, rates and discounts were never explained or discussed before payment. At their 3rd & most recent stay, vaccination records were not updated when we presented the record…The front desk gal “didn’t need it”, but when we picked up our dogs we were reminded to update it…..even tho we had already tried to do just that when dropping them off. We always spoke with someone new it seemed. Seems like there’s always something….. just glad our dogs were well taken care of.

Diamond loves bark avenue, they all know her and always fight over who is going to bring her back or to go get her. Thank you guys for doing a wonderful job you do

Awesome place for your pups! They even send out report cards with all the friends your pet makes and pictures of your furry friend. Will be going through them with all my day care and boarding needs.

Our Bennett came back from a week long stay and he smelled great and was very soft after his bath.He was very happy to be home but we belive6 he had a great time

Vinnie loves to go to Bark Avenue. He is always wagging his tail and jumping up and down in the car when we pull into the parking lot. They have always been very accomodating when I have requeted day care at the last minute. ❤ Bark Avenue!!

I very much appreciate that they generally can be flexible enough that when I learn I unexpectedly have to go into my office, they can take my dog with less than a day's notice. He loves to go to daycare! It's fun for me to see the pictures on his daily "report card", too.

We were very happy with Bark Avenue. Our Baxter is not the easiest boy to handle and very excitable. But it didn't seem to bother them and he received a nice report card. Eevee also seemed to enjoy her stay. We will definitely use them again in the near future.

My almost 5 month old puppy is going to doggy daycare and loves it. He takes a long nap when he gets home. I get a report card and pictures of Nile playing etc. It is so nice to see. I would highly recommend Bark Ave.

Our dog completed their 5 day doggie training. He has made such growth in his training. We are so pleased!

This was our dog’s first stay at Bark Avenue. We had toured the facility a few months back and were impressed with overall facility, staff and service options. Easy to book reservation through phone and was quoted a price for requested services, which a pleasant surprise to learn first nights stay for new client is half price. Drop off was easy, pick up was a bit crazy on a Sunday, but staff was keeping up with rush as best possible. Buster seemed to have enjoyed his stay, but we weren’t offered any recap of how it went, somewhat disappointing. Would have been nice to be offered some feedback on stay, his adjustment and behavior. The checkout payment process was a bit confusing. At first I was asked to pay double the price quoted, but when questioned on it and providing a recap of quote, bill was adjusted accordingly. Glad I went with hubby, I’m sure he wouldn’t have questioned and just paid. We’ll use them again for future stays, but I’ll be sure to keep noting quoted price to compare to actual charges.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about bark avenue and all the staff members that helped take care of our dog Bo!! Bo was there for his 15 days of training and to help him become more socially interactive with people. Everyday we not only got a text message updating us on how Bo did that day we also got several pictures of Bo letting us know he was doing well and was still very happy! If they had any questions or concerns they called right away and let us know! Sydney and Haley are wonderful with the dogs!!!! He will miss them and all the other staff members too. Bo came home a much more confident and social dog with an amazing new haircut ????! We can’t wait to keep working on all the new tricks and commands that they have taught him too. Highly recommend taking your pet to Bark Avenue for any of your furry friends needs!!!

Elsa loved her week vacation at Bark Park. She was all played out when I picked her up which was nice after a 12 hour drive home.
