Went here for a second opinion on our dog's rear leg. They took the time to get to know us, found the problem and the vet herself even followed up the next day to see how our boy's feeling! We've found our new vet!

Best vets in town very friendly staff care about your animals.

Bad experience...they do not care about your pet....they just want money. They will let your pet suffer. Due to them, I have to spend $400 at a different Vet that knows what they are doing.

Once you visit Dr. Lagan, you won't ever go anywhere else! And you'll tell everyone you know the same thing!

Very friendly staff! We are camping in the area and our dog got sick, they squeezed us in last minute. They were great to work with, and very thorough in their explanation and recommendations. I highly recommend them!!

The veterinarians at Sullivan Family Pet Hospital are kind, compassionate, thorough and excellent doctors. They have taken care of many of my animals and make us feel like we are family. I moved 35 miles away and STILL go to Sullivan because I couldn't imagine using anyone else, they are worth the drive!

Places you are allowed to accompany a patient/love one: Hospital ER, Walk in Clinics, Primary Care Physicians Office, DMOS, Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Most other Pet Clinics, Schools, Restaurants, Fitness Centers, Surgical Centers. Places you are not: Sullivan Family Pet Hospital, with an "indefinite" period of curb side service only. Pretty sad excuse for an operation. Was very hopeful with the reviews, but appears they prefer to operate in a bubble.

My experience at Sullivan Family Pet Hospital was excellent! Because I am new to the area I had to rely on reviews, and I'm happy to tell you that the staff and doctors at Sullivan Family Pet Hospital far exceed what the reviews had to say! Dr. Sarah Lagan generously took extra time to visit with me about my cat and also about my experience as a pet parent; and additionally made me feel very welcome in the community.

The best in the area! I finally found a vet that's both competent and caring. They called me in the evening to discuss the results of my dogs tests. They could have waited until the morning but knew I was concerned.

It took me awhile to find a vet i felt comfortable with after I moved here from out of state. I knew I had a winner from my first visit. I love the care my dog gets from Dr. Sullivan and her staff.

My wife and I recently became first time dog parents. We were a little nervous about finding him a good vet . Upon our first exam with Dr. Sullivan. We were reassured that we made a great choice with adopting our dog. She informed us what vaccines he needs. The prices are very reasonable. The staff does an amazing job answering questions that we have. We look for continuing our care with Dr. Sullivan and her team.

My dog was I'll when I took him in. The staff was very friendly. The vet asked questions to get to know my dog after the checkup was over. They called me a few days after they looked at him to make sure he was feeling better. I would highly recommend them!

Sullivan pet hospital is awesome!! I came for one service since it was closer to my home and ended up switching permanently! They are so quick and have reasonable prices compared to other places I’ve gone to. All of the vet techs are so friendly and usually get me in the same day I call. I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 10 minutes

Just wanted to give a 5 star review for how awesome Sullivan Family Pet hospital is for our pets. We recently added a Keeshond puppy to our family. With COVID-19, it was a bit sad that I wasn't able to go into the clinic for our puppy's first veterinarian visit. But I knew that they would take the BEST care of him and he was a champ! Dr Lagan took time on the phone to explain all the details of our puppy's first visit. The staff cares for your pet as if he/she was their own. Can't ask for better care.

We switched to Sullivan a few months ago after hearing so many great reviews but we have been disappointed. Our very first appointment we were left waiting in an exam room for nearly an hour with no communication about the delay. Twice we have called to have our dog's medication refilled and we are only given 30 day doses. It then took several days to get a common anti-inflammatory medication filled and without a call back when it was finally filled. We did not experience this with our last vet.

Amazing is an understatement. I began going there due to an ear infection in my elderly dog. I had gone to another vet previously and saw no improvement after a month. At Sullivan I began seeing improvement within a week. After a couple of weeks he had stopped scratching, flopping his ears, and rubbing them on things. Unfortunately, he was 14 years old and at no fault of the vet his time came to pass. Sullivan was exceptionally understanding as we did a myriad of tests to try and save him, but when it was done they were with me while he took his final breaths. Their compassion will never be forgotten and there is nothing more I could ask for in a vet. I know that no dog will ever be like him, but I will get another rescue in my life. And at that time Sullivan will be my vet. Thank you so much for everything you did.

We can't say enough good things about Sullivan Family Pet Hospital. They are a loving wonderful staff that truly care about your pet. Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Lagan are extremely thorough on our visits - taking the time to get to know your dog and to understand your concerns. We've been through puppy stage through elder dog stage and always receive the best care. Our current dog Indy started going there at 8 weeks (she's now one yr old). I appreciate the time they've taken with Indy so that she isn't scared. She loves going to the vet! Thanks for the love and kindness you've always shown us. Would definitely recommend!

The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. They really care about you and your pet. I recently had to take my cat in for a UTI issue and they made all my intense worries go away. Very trustworthy employees.
