I had my dog here for like four days and they did a fantastic job with her

First grooming was okay. Didn’t seem as thorough as it could be for the price. The kicker was when I went in for a free nail trim and was told all the groomers left early (1 hour early).

Had our Yorkie there for grooming. They were very fast (just over an hour) and very good. Great communication.

Love this place! Fast, friendly and my fur baby always looks fabulous.

Everyone took great care of my Anabelle while staying at the Tangled Tails. Anabelle went to Daycare as well as boarding. She looked darling after she was groomed. Thank you everyone at Tangled Tails!

They are always so kind and helpful. Layla loves her friends and the workers. We do daycare and we did boarding. They were really understanding with her separation anxiety. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

We have been taking our Teddy Bear to Tangled Tails since fall of 2020. Today I dropped her off for her 6 week trim. As I passed her over to the groomer, she had an accident on the groomer. I’m sure this happens on occasion in this line of business. However, the groomer seemed very annoyed that she would have to clean up the floor & herself due to the accident. Shortly after drop off, I received a call saying she was matted & would need cut shorter than normal. I wish that I would have went to pick my pup up rather than having the groomer proceed with the haircut. Makes me wonder... was the pup really that matted or was the groomer still annoyed with my pup? After I asked, they did offer to refund our haircut fees as a result. Will not be back.

We love Tangled Tails. The daycare experience is great for our puppy to socialize with other dogs and allows him to be calm at home and tired. The grooming experience is great! They are all super friendly and know how to work with puppies who have never been groomed before. They really care for the animals that are there and it shows. Make sure you book two weeks in advanced for grooming because it fills up quick!

I had taken my dog here in January 2021. I gave them her shot record. I made another appointment for April. When I showed up for my appointment they advised me they didn't have her shot record. My girl is a service dog and I have an appointment the next day for all day at a hospital. When I got home to find her record, I called them to let them know only to have them tell me they would not get her in. Their inability to keep records has screwed me for taking her with me tomorrow. Save yourself the headache and book with another groomer that can keep records properly.

Thank you for grooming Otter! Great service and having an actual appointment time is so much nicer than dropping off in the morning and not knowing when she will be done.

My dogs first time being groomed. They were able to get her in early and she came out looking like a whole new dog. Would definitely recommend their services from the experienced groomers.

Whoever cut Rex's hair today (04/27/21) did a horrible job. I had given hear a nice tip before seeing my dog so that was unfortunate. She had called me explaining that Rex's skirt fur is matted and I understand that she needed to cut them but I did not expect for her to shave all of it! The worst part is that she wasn't even there when I picked up my dog so I couldn't talk to her. We have been going here for 3 years and have made a boarding reservation for July that I will cancelling. I also had one incident earlier in the year where my dog's ear got cut pretty bad so I'm just done with this place.

They were good and our dog looked so sweet. I will use them again.

My wife brought our two dogs Sugar baby and Colby here for the first time. They are amazing people and we will absolutely be back. Thank you for everything.

Brody my cocker spaniel is almost 12 and he is deaf and tangled tails is always so gentle and kind with him. Because he can’t hear new places as you can images are rather frightening and Brody does not mind coming here. They are always so kind to me. They are priced right and they are always able to get in Brody for his walk in nail trimmings and paw pads. Our family appreciates them so much and so does brodys old man feet! (Lol). We have moved to Iowa and have been trying to find a groomer; looking at the reviews, I thought this would be a good one try. I was WRONG! Most groomers take 2-3 hours to do my puppy, this place took an hour, maybe. All they did was give a bath and shave my dog, they didn't even shave evenly. The "groomer" had already left when I got there so I couldn't even ask her, the payment with tip was also done prior to me seeing my dog, had I known what he looked like and how poorly his groom was done, I would not have tipped. For over $90 with how he looks, I could have done the same thing at home. I am all for paying to have my dogs groomed and tipping for even substandard service, but never again will I go to this place.

Courtney always does an amazing job with both of my pets when they come in for their spa day. I love that she lets me know as soon as they are done. You won't be disappointed!

My goldendoodle is 17 weeks old and just started going to day care there during the day. It is so awesome! He gets the social interaction with other dogs and humans and he is WIPED out at the end of the day! He comes back super happy and the pictures we get during the day are so great. The report card at the end of the day is also a super cute feature. I just wish there were live cameras, so I could see how he was interacting with the other dogs during the day.

We always take our dog to be groomed at tangled tails! They do a great job every time. We also board our dog here on occasion and have never had any issues!

The groomers always do a great job! My dog gets very nervous going anywhere and she relaxes when they say hello.
